“I bought these pearls for my Mother she loves them and they are very nice, one small niggle is the clasp is on the small side as she is 90 years old she struggles to get them on herself . Could have done with a bigger and easier clasp.”

“I've used Pure Luxuries three times in the last couple of years and each time the item bought has been a great product and met expectations. Delivery is quick too. This is why I have kept coming back. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I've never had to contact them and therefore cannot comment on what their customer service is like. No doubt I'll be returning again soon!”

“The customer service was very good and quick response when I had an issue, was resolved quickly. Only reason I did not give 5 stars as I thought the quality of the product was poor for the cost. I did not use the product long before returning to another source, to get the similar product at a far better quality and cheaper price.”

“Excellent service re order and delivery . I was a little disappointed with the quality of the purse leather (Conka) brand,but the bag leather was fantastic. I did like the style of the purse so decided to keep it . I could have sent it back but too busy right now to be bothered. I would not buy Conka brand again though for that reason. Personal choice really but I like quality leather goods. I will probably buy again from Pure Luxuries though.”

“Product arrived promptly and we'll packaged. It had been reduced drastically in price, had it been full price I would have returned it. More photo's are needed to show the interior of the products. This wallet lacks easily accessible note storage. It does the job as a large purse/wallet that also holds my phone, that I can wear without noticing it too much. The design would be improved by being made landscape rather than portrait.”
