We did respond to your email on 26th January, however it appears our reply didn’t reach you, for which we apologise. We are a UK-based small business and don’t currently offer a phone line, as this allows us to focus on providing efficient support via email. As advised by my colleague via email, the item is now out of stock, but we can offer either a full refund or an exchange once the original item is returned using our free Royal Mail returns service. “Amazing product. Good customer service. I bought a bag from Pure luxuries many moons ago, to this day I am using the bag daily and it is still in extremely very good condition (Top quality product).
