“My Dad recently passed away and had arranged his own funeral. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were amazing and made a really awful experience so much easier for me. Every step of the way these guys were amazing. I am now advising other people to do this. Takes a huge pressure off the loved ones Thank you from me & my family”

“My sister in law passed and she had everything prepared it made my life so much easier they collected her with such care and compassion, they called regularly throughout the process, I was upset she didn’t have a funeral but we did it her way , and they did everything with care Would definitely recommend, I wouldn’t have thought about them before but now yes they definitely make this part easy and stress less for the family”

“My mum and I had discussed Pure Cremation as she liked the idea that a fortune wouldn't be spent on her funeral. When she died, the nursing home contacted PC and they had picked her up and taken her back to their base in Hampshire within a few short hours. My main point of contact was Kayleigh, who went out of her way to help me, advise me and guide me through the stages of what you need to do when someone dies. She offered me different options for the ashes but I chose to have them delivered back to me, which is done personally. The whole service is a fraction of the price you'd pay for a funeral director, you don't go to the cremation however, when you get the ashes back, have a celebration with friends and family at a time and place that suits you. Every staff member I encountered whether by phone, in person or just an email update, were excellent, delightful and professional. Thank you Pure Cremation - Can't rate them high enough”

“My mother recently died and she had a package in place so we didnt have to worry about a funeral. I have no complaints about Pure Cremation but did have a few issues regarding time that might not be everyones case. I dont think we appreciated the time it would take for her to be taken into their care or the time it would take for her to be actually cremated. We were in Wales and there were many delays regarding the medical examiner, death certificates Easter etc and she stayed at the hospital for near 4 weeks before being lifted and then it was 3 weeks before her cremation took place. I dont think ay of us realised that they had to take her to England. Pure Cremation were very good at keeping me informed about the process, very courteous and polite. She was hand delivered to me by a lovely man John who came on the ferry from Scotland to NI- and had a cup of tea and a chat before leaving. Maybe our experience wasnt the norm but I dont think my mother would not have been too happy at how long the process took but I wasnt aware either of how long its taking in Wales to process a death, or that they only use crematoria in England. Maybe my mother was aware but family wasnt. For the price of the cremation I can not complain and it was what she wanted. The people who looked after her were so lovely on the phone and completely understanding that I didnt really have a clue about it all. They completely understood that I was still in shock and that as our family is usually buried that I was finding it all a bit detatched. I think because of the logistical issues this was not their fault and the fact they sent her to me in NI by hand was so thoughtful and a relief- I assumed I would have to come over to pick her up so very grateful for that. Mams with me now in a discreet urn and has two pouches of her smaller ashes, returned with her jewellry. I think for the price they charge you get a very personal and respectful service. I would recommend them to people wanting this kind of funeral service - it still give you the freedom to have a service afterwards and a personal scattering of your choice or their wishes.”

“My father had already bought his Pure Cremation funeral. When he unexprectedly passed away I contacted Pure Cremation and all I can say is that they were fantastic. It was obviously an emotinally and stressful time but speaking to their staff they were most empthetic, understanding and professional. The whole process was easy for me and I felt that they really cared, about myself and my father. Very informative, keeping me updated every step of the way.”

“As I do not want to put the burden of arranging my funeral when I die onto my family, I recently arranged and paid for a funeral plan with Pure Cremation. It was a simple process arranged easily over the phone at a very low cost compared to a normal funeral. I would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone thinking of pre-arranging their funeral.”
