“From the moment we lost Mum to the day her ashes were brought home to Dad, Pure Cremation made what could have been an incredibly painful process so much easier for our family to bear. The team who collected Mum were kind and sympathetic from the very first phone call. Lisa Tipton looked after us throughout. She was patient, warm and genuinely caring at every step, even down to making sure some photos we wanted placed with Mum were handled properly. And the gentleman who brought her ashes home to Dad did so with such warmth and quiet respect; it meant more to us than he probably realised. You don't expect "service" to be the word that comes to mind when you're grieving, but that's exactly what Pure Cremation gave our family: proper care, not just a process. “From the first call it was like speaking to someone who you had known for ages. They were supportive at the time you needed it most. The team were like family who organised & took care of all our wishes & nothing was too much trouble. In your time of sadness they made the decisions easier. Highly recommended them.”

“At a base level, the overall service was completed successfully. However, there were several alarming incidents. Firstly, I was informed that my mother was unable to be collected from the hospital due to an error recording her home address, and yet when I called a week later asking for an update, the same colleague did not know what I was asking about and I was informed my mother had already been collected. Secondly, when my mother's ashes were handed to me, I was asked to confirm a completely different name, which caused distress.”

We can see there was a slight delay because we didn't have your mother's most up-to-date address on record. We're sorry for any concern this may have caused. To help us provide the best possible service and avoid delays, we do ask to let us know if a plan holder moves address so we can keep their personal information up to date. We're concerned to read about your experience when your mother's ashes were returned. This is not the level of service we would want anybody to have. “FROM BEGINNING TO END PURE CREAMATION WAS EXCELLANT.THE RESPECT THEY SHOWED NOT JUST TO US BUT TO MY HUSBAND WAS LOVELY AT A DIFFICULT TIME .AND THEY TOOK OVER AND TOOK ALL THE STRESS OUT OF EVERYTHING . “This was a trying time for the family, but the staff of PC were very helpful and made things easier to deal with. Administration was relatively easy to deal with and this also helped. The people who visited to assist were polite and sympathetic.”

“This is something my mam unselfishly arranged so that me and my brother didn’t have the stress of sorting, it’s what she wanted. The team at Pure were 2nd to none. Great communication throughout. Mams washed were delivered by hand from the team. Thank you for everything”

“Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. I was kept up with all the information about the pick up and the day my aunt was cremated so I could let the family know. I can not express how the whole experience was just what my aunt wanted and for all her family and friends we will have a lovely send off in the coming weeks . Thank you for being so kind x”
