“It was very reassuring to know that I could phone in the middle of the night to make the necessary arrangements for my late husband when I had got home from the hospital. When my husband's ashes were returned to our home, it was done with kindness and respect. Everyone who I spoke to was very helpful and I appreciated knowing what was happening at each stage. The process was just what my family and I had wished for. Thank you for everything.”

“On first contact informing you of my husbands death I was shocked and distressed that at no point during this conversation my loss was acknowledged:no “I m sorry for your loss” or similar. My son who was listening to this call confirmed same(I thought I had missed it maybe). I was surprised at the delay in cremation date (almost one month) and poor communication at times. An estimated date of committal /cremation was given and I was promised a call to inform me when it would be happening. This never happened and I had to ring Pure Cremation to find out. Sensitive and respectful and timely delivery of my husbands ashes however. Altogether some distressing experiences. I have commited and payed for my Cremation with you when the time comes:I sincerely hope it will be a less distressing experience communicating with you for my 3 sons .”

“Pure Cremation handled my Auntie's cremation with care and professionalism, making a very distressing time, much easier for me. The provided an excellent customer service. Their clear communication, empathy, and efficiency took a lot of the stress away from me. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using a cremation service.”

“Professional caring supportive team. Each member of staff I spoke to used beautiful respectful languge "Your loved one is in our care now." Really put me at ease and left me with a feeling that both me and my late husband were valued. At first contact the process was explained and I was given time to ensure I was making the right choice not just for my loved one but also the family he left behind. Each step of the process explained fully. If I missed a call any staff member was able to update me; no need for me to keep repeating the same information. Stress free straight forward affordable process.”

“I have heard of pure cremation and family members are now choosing this option and as I've recently had to use pure cremation for a family friend I took charge of all of the planning etc, I must say that the team are absolutely fantastic and they took me through it all step by step and always kept in touch with me , it felt very relaxed, peaceful and care free knowing that my family friend was very well cared for from start to him being brought back home , perfect service and a wonderful team x x”

“Lack of communication as did not know my husband was at an undertakers - I thought he had gone straight to Andover. I was told they would call me when he had arrived at Andover but they did not. I rang at 10p.m. to see if he was there and was told he arrived at 4 p.m but the office closes at 5p.m. and no outbound calls after that. I found it very stressful.”

“I was so impressed with the Dignity afforded to my Mum by Pure Cremation. I was kept up to date every step of the way, and the phone calls were helpful, polite and genuine. The Ashes were delivered exactly on time, again with Dignity and comfort, very very impressed.”

“We had to contact you on a few occasions to find out when my husband was getting cremated only when we complained to you did someone contact us back. As you can appreciate it was a stressful time and this added to our stress However I would like to say that the staff were courteous at all times”

“Wonderful and sensitive service from beginning to end, very kind staff who were keen to fulfil any requests. Beautiful location and good to know where the cremation took place. Thoughtful touches including a little numbered stone that goes in with the deceased and then mounted into the ashes box on return. The box itself is very thoughtfully designed with restful graphics and compostable.”

“My mother wanted to use Pure Cremation for her funeral so we purchased easily. Unfortunately she passed away only a few days later. Contacting Pure Cremation was simple and all of the staff were very courteous and caring throughout. They kept us informed at each stage and everything was done on time with no fuss or bother. I would 100% recommend Pure Cremation”
