“My mam and dad who were both 94 yrs when they passed obviously from the old generation of funerals they were so foreward thinking in their end of life and paid in advance (5 yrs) to Pure Cremation. I have nothing but "Excellent" to say for their caring service. I feel that cremations and burials are like a factory, in and out. With this service you don't have to rush and lots of time to spend time and money on a memorial service which can be any location/time to be personal about your loved ones. I have done this for both parents and this is the way forward. Many thanks for your vision and service on end of life. We have now both Albert & Sheila's ashes now and they both belong together forever. Yours gratefully Albert and Sheila Dunkerley (mam &dad) and all of our family.”

“The staff are very professional and compassionate. The whole experience with you was as easy as it could be in such conditions. I will be using you again for my own funeral plan. Thank you for being such a great organisation at such a difficult time for those involved.”

“Excellent easy service kept us informed enough and the lady who brought our loved one back to us was really lovely. Only one criticism would be it would be nice to recieve a little something on the day just confirming the committal and a nice little something.”

“I bought a Pure Cremation plan for my Mum 3.5 years before needing to use it. The whole process has been fantastically straightforward. I phoned several times before my mum’s passing clarifying or changing details; every time it was never too much trouble for the PC team. Each person was so polite and kind. On the actual day, I had a long call to sort details and within 2 hours of the end of that call, the team collected her. They were so gentle and thoughtful. We were so impressed. Over the next few days, I received follow up calls and emails to fully inform me of the next steps, including the date of cremation. I now have Mum safely at home after she was hand delivered back to me. 10/10. Thank you so much for your care and attention.”

“I recently lost my Aunt who had bought a Pure Cremation plan a number if months ago and named me as her administrator. From the start of the process to the very end the greatest of respect was shown, I was informed of the process all the way and at the end her ashes were hand delivered on prearranged deliver day of which I was informed.”

“Great from start to finish in the circumstances nothing to sort out till you get the ashes back as long as you understand what you are getting. Its not for everyone but if funds are your priority and you don't want the stress and hassle of arranging everything then this is for you. Then when the ashes are returned you can have a celebration of life or whatever you want.”
