“My late mum chose Pure Cremation 2 years before she passed in March 2025. I was sceptical as I felt we had little control over our mum's body and nobody had been crenated in our fanily before. I needn't have been. The 2 people that visited the home to collect my mums body treated her like she was a respected family member of their own. They spoke to her, and handled her with a gentleness that made me cry more. Once under their care, I was kept updated and informed that she was safe and being looked after which meant so much to us all. My mums ashes were brought home to us and that again was delivered with respect, kindness and love by that individual. Thank you. My mum chose well.”

“I seriously can highly recommend Pure Cremation, I used them when my husband passed away they were so helpful and kept me informed of all what was going on. They were chosen by my husband before his passing and I will definitely use them for myself.”

“Pure cremation you was brilliant keeping me updated when you was picking up the body of the late Mr Ian pow and contacted me to let me know the date of the comital and then let me no with plenty of notice the time of Ian's ashes being delivered to my address and each time I spoke to your staff they was very polite and understanding of my feelings to my friend that I have lost”

“When you loose a loved one, this is a very easy and stress free option. My Dad had already made these arrangements himself before he died, however i was still surprised how efficient and good the service was, they listened to my needs and as I wanted to spread his ashes with my Mums which I already had, I got his ashes back in 3 weeks as I wanted to scatter them together as quickly as possible. Thankyou so much for your kindness and consideration in looking after Dad”

“My wife lost her battle with cancer in February this year (2025). It was her wish to have Pure Cremation as her funetal provider. On her passing i spoke to Pure Cremation for their as need service. From the first phone call they took charge of everything to do with my wifes funeral. They appointed a personal agent to me who advised on all aspects of the process which made the whole process straight forward and stress free which is what i needed at such a distressing time. Their service was very sympathetic and efficient. My wifes ashes were delivered back to me in a beautiful biodegradable container. I will definately be specifying Pure Cremation in my will and will be recommending them to griends and family. Thank you Pure Cremation”

“Very easy to use, after my mother passed away I decided to use Pure Cremation, as she never liked a fuss, nor do I, also almost all her friends and people she knew had already passed away, having seen the adverts, I rung them up to confirm that the idea I had of the process was correct and that is what I was happy with, although this could have all been done in the one phone call to them, I thought about first and booked it the following day, they were ever so nice, and the same person deals with you through out, let you know when they have your loved one, then arrange the date for the cremation and then the return of the ashes.”

“I called and made arrangements at about 3.30 am. Every single person I spoke to were amazing. It was the first time I personally had to this for my best friend. I was called/emailed at Evey turn. If I had issues I could call anytime. I had already decided to have this for myself when the time comes. I am 💯 now. I cannot fault anyone. I have told everyone not just how easy it all was. But, also how caring and helpful every was to me. You all need medals. Toake one of the hardest times in people's lives that much more bearable. Thank you all ❤️❤️❤️”
