“My sister choose a Pure Cremation plan to handle her cremation and although this was a new concept for our family, we certainly can’t fault them. Everyone we had contact with, on the phone and Natalie who brought the ashes to our home, were very informative, understanding and caring. We would recommend Pure Cremation for the people it may suit.”

“My mum passed 4 weeks ago Pure cremation has kept in contact with me right the way through so compassionate and professional through out have just received my mums ashes back today the lady that delivered her was so kind to me amazing I would recommend pure cremation to anyone who asks me.”

“Pure Cremation has been a great service from start to finish. From the initial call on the passing of my father, the team were considerate and took the time to chat to me and ensured I understood everything. We also received a few check-in calls and we had someone on the other end should we ever have any questions. The team that collected my father and also dropped off his ashes were incredibly professional but very down to earth and didn’t rush us at any point. My only gripe is that we would’ve loved to have known a rough time that my father was going to be cremated so we could’ve all been together to raise a glass to him but unfortunately this is not something we were able to find out from Pure Cremation or the Crematorium.”

“Hi, due to unforeseen circumstances i recently had to turn to Pure Cremation, my head was a shed and I had to take our a plan, as soon as possible as the passing of my husband was unfortunately quite quick and didn't expect it, after the first phone call to a very empathetic professional person I had nothing to do and there were in the background the whole time and keep me informed of every stage of the cremation I would certainly recommend it takes that stress off completely and one less thing to worry about. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“I live in Somerset and received news of the death of my brother from his Care Home in Camberley, Surrey at 21:20 and as they could not hold his body overnight until the following day I had to find a funeral director urgently. I had recently heard from a friend about Pure Cremation so decided to ring them. From the start I cannot praise all the people I dealt with highly enough. They all played their part in the co-ordination and communication of the process in a professional, caring and empathetic manner. Rachael Ardron, Dawn O'Leary, Emma, Hazel Stewart, Gary and Liz who finally delivered my brother home so we can arrange interment with our mother. From the bottom of my heart and from all my family, thank you.”
