“With the sudden passing of my son pure cremation have been wonderful. They were there for me every step of the way. No matter how silly my questions seemed to me they were very understanding and supportive.”

“I recently used Pure cremation service as my mum had purchased a pre paid plan, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and professionalism they provided during such a difficult time. From the first phone call, the staff were compassionate, patient, and incredibly understanding. They guided me through every step with clarity. The arrangements were handled with dignity, but what stood out most was the gentle way they communicated—always respectful, always supportive, and always willing to answer questions. My sincere thanks to all of the team”

“What a wonderful service.not only did they carry out the cremation but the fact you have someone at the end of the phone who check on how you are every few days whick i found amazing, the person who called me was Molly and she was brilliant. I also spoke to several other assisant and they were also very helpful.Having My Husband brought back to me by Pure Cremation was a wonderful thing for them to do the person whow brought him back was called Rick.I can`t praise this company enough and have told my collegues and friends what a wonderful Service you give.”

“From the first phone call of my husbands passing till the delivery of his ashes was done with dignity for him and care for me.im so glad that pure cremations took the strain for me as losing my soul mate was a task I wasn't ready for let alone arranging a funeral. The only criticism I have is could emails come from pure cremations and not a personal/work email. I found it hard to find their communication due to the volume of email I receive.”

“So easy and very respectful. The whole process was so very easy and it meant I didn't have to worry about organising a funeral. We had an amazing get together in our local pub with food etc which everyone thoroughly enjoyed and said it was exactly what my husband would have wanted.”

“Very professional and respectful. Couldn't do to much for you. Kept informed every step of the way. Made it so much easier to give my dad his wishes. Knowing my dad was in the best hand helped me with my sadness. From start to finish all the team were so caring, and having dad brought home every step to could follow. So pleased both my parents chose pure cremation. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had a very positive experience with Pure Cremation. All the staff were friendly, polite, and supportive throughout. As this was my first time using a service like this, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it helped me see death and bereavement differently. Instead of having to plan a traditional funeral - something that can be time‑consuming, financially difficult and extremely emotional - my mum arranging her own committal gave me the space to focus on preparing a celebration of her life, which really eased the burden. I think if mum could see now how her making and taking the decision to do that has helped me and my family, I think more people would do the same for the ones they love. I especially appreciated the kindness of the colleague who delivered her ashes. Overall, a very good service during a difficult time.”
