“The team were all lovely and professional explained everything really clearly so I knew what was happening. Which reassured me in such sad circumstances. My uncle was returned hand delivered and Helen who bought him home was very compassionate and explained everything in the bag and I thank you for your assistance and this time.”

“From the very start Pure Cremation have acted professionally and have been very caring. They have kept in touch regularly. Every step been made very easy with their guidance and nothing has been too much trouble. My husband and I have been so impressed that we intend to take out plans for ourselves. This is to save our sons the expense and trouble at what is a very emotional time. We feel that my mother was treated with dignity and respect by their service.”

“We dealt with lyndsey on the phone and she couldn't have been more conciderent of out feelings. An amazing service proved by all. Mum was well looked after and informed us every step of the way.”

“I cannot thank you enough for the fantastic service i recieved from you. You kept me well informed with everything that was happening . Everyone i spoke to was very caring and supportive. I know my mum was well looked after and treated with dignity. The lady who returned mums ashes was a lovely lady and stayed for a chat. I will definitely reccomend pure cremation. Thank you so much.”

“Although I was sceptical at first when my Mum said she had signed up for a Pure Cremation I have been so impressed by the process. From the moment Mum was collected and taken into their care, to the constant updates during her committal, and the sensitivity of the return of her ashes, I was dealt with with compassion and kindness. It has allowed us the time to organise a special celebration of Mums life with her closest and dearest friends and family. Thank you Pure Cremation for making this very sad time a little easier.”

“My aunt and uncle choose a pure cremation while this was their choice and you’ve dealt very respectfully along the Journey. I think it’s the friends and distant family find it odd not to have a service . I know with my uncle passing first his neighbours and friends found not able to say goodbye difficult. Main thing is they are now together.Many thanks”
