“The team at Pure Cremation were a pleasure to deal with, they were sensitive, friendly and informative. The whole process was stress-free from beginning to end. We were given our own customer care advisor (Stephanie Canning) who answered all of our questions very quickly even out of hours and kept us updated as to what was happening and when. The lady who brought my Aunties ashes back to us (Lilly) was lovely. She was very professional and took time to speak to and listen to my Mum. It was my Mum's identical twin sister that had been cremated so this meant a lot to my Mum and to our family too. Thank you.”

“I found pure cremations excellent for a quiet funeral. everything was taken care of from start to finish.The staff were great. Kept me informed of the procedure.I would recommend this kind of funeral because most people are very pleased with them.”

“Pure Cremation was recommended to me by the District Nurse. I found the procedure and kindness of everyone I spoke to on the telephone exceptional and it helped me to cope with the death of my husband.”

“From start to finish your staff were understanding and sincere at a time which is very difficult for me. The slight hiccup was sorted out swiftly and I know my husband would have approved of his wishes being carried out so smoothly. I would like to particularly mention the lady who delivered his ashes. She was extremely pleasant and made the occasion easy to cope with. Thank you.”

“Pure cremation have a excellent team . My contact was Katie - very nice person to deal with in my bad time . They ring you regular with all information at each stage . Then Emma delivered my ashes and was also very nice to deal with . Thank you all for a great job .”

“My father hadn't pre-paid with Pure Cremations so I used the online contact number. From start to finish the customer service team were brilliant. They showed compassion and guided me through the process every step of the way. I was assigned a dedicated member of the team, Rebecca, who was in regular contact both by phone and email to keep me up to date, advising when things had been completed and next steps. The delivery of my fathers ashes was in line with what I'd been advised by Rebecca and on a date of my choosing; I received a call from Ryan who was delivering them to confirm a one hour time slot and he arrived during that time. He also took time to ask me how I was and asked me if I needed any support. I have nothing but praise for the company who were sensitive and compassionate at what has been a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't want the full funeral experience.”

“Everyone at Pure Cremation was very kind at a particularly difficult time. I was able to speak to people and not everything was on-line. In some ways people may be put off as the cremations are only held at their Headquarters but this is acknowledged when you first start dealing with the company.”
