“Although I was sceptical at first when my Mum said she had signed up for a Pure Cremation I have been so impressed by the process. From the moment Mum was collected and taken into their care, to the constant updates during her committal, and the sensitivity of the return of her ashes, I was dealt with with compassion and kindness. It has allowed us the time to organise a special celebration of Mums life with her closest and dearest friends and family. Thank you Pure Cremation for making this very sad time a little easier.”

“My aunt and uncle choose a pure cremation while this was their choice and you’ve dealt very respectfully along the Journey. I think it’s the friends and distant family find it odd not to have a service . I know with my uncle passing first his neighbours and friends found not able to say goodbye difficult. Main thing is they are now together.Many thanks”

“My extended family as no info on what is happening with the funeral cremation and what or when the ashes will arrive to my extended family we have no input what so ever”

“The process of arranging my wife's cremation was straightforward and stress free. However, this was clouded by being contacted one month later by a phone call informing me that I had not been charged for the private ambulance that collected my wife from home. I needed to pay a further sum of £254 approx to complete the service provided. At the time of the phone call I was very distressed and simply paid over the phone. Now, over five weeks later I feel that things could have been handled with a little more empathy. I appreciate that errors do happen but I merely state that this incident did leave me feeling let down by an otherwise perfect service.”

“I phoned in November 2024 to enquire. I decided not to use their services. Im still getting phone calls even now which i find upsetting as my Mother passed late November. I've since blocked the number but only today I recieved another automated message. I don't feel this service should hound people due to the sensitive nature”
