“Absolutely perfect from the hardest phone call I ever had to make everything was taken care of nothing was to much trouble. I was kept informed right the way through and my wife was refund home on the day and time promised.”

“From the initial phone call and throughout we had calls explaining what will happen next . This was mums wishes and myself and my sister were reassured she was being looked after up until her cremation and her delivery home . Thank you”

“My brother chose Pure Cremation after seeing a TV ad. At first, I was a bit skeptical as there was no focal point to commemorate or celebrate my brother's life but I was wrong. At the initial contact, the agent was very empathetic and helpful. She carefully explained the process and advised that a dedicated agent would be appointed who would contact me and guide me through the whole process. This was extremely helpful. Following an initial delay in paperwork at my end we agreed on a date for my brother's cremation and that allowed the family to gather and celebrate my brother's life. My brother's ashes have now been returned to me and scattered as he requested. It was exactly what my brother wanted; no fuss, no service and an easy process for me to manage.”

“Efficient and very helpful. My husband's death went to the coroner, there was a long delay as the relevant Dr.was on holiday. Pure Cremation were the only people that kept me up to date throughout the delay. Always polite and the ashes were delivered on time by a very pleasant person.”

“When my father died I was dreading ringing pure cremation as I thought it would be the most difficult out of all the jobs you have to do when a family member passes away how wrong was I they made it so simple they also guided me through the processes Kingsley kept me informed through the whole journey the lady who delivered my dad's ashes back was also fantastic I cannot fault pure cremation and I will certainly be recommending to friends and family thanks again for making it a lot easier than expected.”

“Very impressed by Pure Cremation - we did not have a pre-paid plan in place but this did not matter. They were so kind and efficient and made an incredibly difficult time, very easy to manage. From start to finish, their communication was consistent and we felt confident that the most important person in our life was being cared for with dignity and respect.”

“The whole service from start to finish was professional and caring. They arranged a package suitable for my mother and kept us informed of when Mum was collected from the hospital before cremation. My only advice to customers is when calling to check on the very first call when there is availability for the funeral at your chosen location bedore you pay as we had to wait over a month for the funeral which fortunately worked out very well for us in the end with all the things we needed to organise for Mum beforehand. Otherwise this was exactly what Mum would of wanted. Thank you Pure Cremation, it was a beautiful send off.”
