“Pure Cremation carried out all the necessary tasks with great care and communicated with me frequently, explaining all that was happening. We held a party to celebrate my husband's life. It was a very happy occasion and he would have been astonished that it was attended by 48 people. Many people thought that it was such a good thing to do and I for one was very thankful not to have had to go through a traditional funeral. I am very happy that we decided to use Pure Cremation.”

“My father and his wife decided to both have pure cremations for no fuss, sadly they both passed away in the last 10 months. on both occasions Pure Cremations have taken away any stress we would have had and dealt with everything quickly and proffesionally. i would deffinately recommend them to anyone thinking about this style of cremation.”

“Very good communication and really perlite staff I had Stephanie she was such a lovely lady to talk too 10/10 for me delivered my dad quick & safe there really good if you need someone to talk too when feeling low like I was i would like to thank Stephanie for helping me at this difficult time x”

“My parents both decided several years ago that direct cremation was what they wanted, and it really did make things easier for me when Mum died, Dad being in a care home. Pure Cremation were friendly, kind and professional at all times and everything was very straightforward, from the initial phone call to the delivery of the ashes. I was impressed with their environmental consciousness too.”

“My mum paid for her cremation and when she died the whole process went very smoothly. PC were so helpful, understanding and so very friendly there to help and answer questions at any time. Kept me fully advised and updated through the whole matter. Also follow up call to check I was OK.”

“We have never received such impeccable service as we got from Pure Cremation. All it took was one phone call My mother was gently collected within two hours of her passing. Two weeks to the day her ashes were hand delivered back to us At this very sad time the stress was just lifted from us, it was all such a relief Thank you all at Pure Cremation so very much”

“My father requested Pure Cremation and i must say they were fantastic from start to finish. They treated my father with great respect and dignity and kept us informed throughout. I am now looking into setting up a plan for myself so my children dont have that worry.”

“The whole experience was handled with great sensitivity. And when our decision for a non attended cremation was overturned by family members the members of staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and relieved all stress for me. The most friendly, helpful, sympathetic people you could possibly wish for at such a sad and difficult time.”
