“There was unfortunately a long delay between my late brother's death and when the coroner released his remains for cremation. Pure Cremation kept me up to date with developments throughout the process. Once the correct paperwork was completed, the committal took place promptly and the ashes were returned to me in a timely manner. All calls were answered promptly and sensitively, which put my mind at rest.”

“For those who are looking for a 'no-fuss' cremation of a loved one 'Pure Cremation' offer a superb service. At a time when one needs compassion, understanding and practical help. The staff of Pure Cremation' deliver all of that and more. From the initial phone call to the return of the ashes the company were pro-active in keeping me fully informed at every stage. My contact, Connor, was helpful friendly and wonderfully supportive. His efforts - and those of his colleagues - relieved me of the difficult task of arranging my mum's funeral. My mum had requested a 'no-fuss' cremation and 'Pure Cremation' had been recommended to her. Choosing them was the right decision and one I will never regret. If you are looking for an alternative, worry free funeral I thoroughly recommend that you contact 'Pure Cremation. I and my family will be ever grateful to the company for helping us at such a difficult time.”

“I just want to say how compassionate every single member of your staff were at the most difficult time of my life. From the initial call with Ashley when I had to notify you of my loss to Emma who brought her ashes back, the hug she gave was priceless. It was exactly how my Mum wanted it, thank you all.”

“My late husband wanted a pure cremation and as far as I'm concerned it was an amazing stress free thing to do ! No fuss and stress with trying to organise a large funeral , all the legal stuff was done and they picked my husband up and brought him back to me days later . I could not fault the whole thing. Kind and very caring staff especially over the phone . Thank you”

“When my Mum sadly passed on 21st September this year everyone who I spoke to at Pure Cremation was not only helpful but very sympathetic. Matthew and James came to collect my Mum and assured me she was in safe hands and they would look after her and they did. When the day came for cremation came the girls in the office were so kind and assured me that everything would go ahead and they would advise me which they did, When the day came for me to take delivery of Mum's ashes a lovely lady called Pat phoned to advise when she would be arriving. When she arrived she was so lovely asking if I was ok and telling me about the certificate of cremation and what needed to be done. Throughout all this sad experience everyone at Pure Cremation was so helpful and kind and professional I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
