“When my Mother chose a Pure Cremation Funeral I was very sceptical, she was one of the first people to do this kind of funeral. But I would recommend you to anyone. The service you give was exceptional I was kept informed every step of the way, getting in touch was very easy and the staff was very polite and helpful. Many Thanks for the kind and efficient way you dealt with my Mothers Funeral.”

“I can’t thank or recommend “pure cremation” enough!! My mum paid n arranged it herself so I didn’t know what to expect!!! Everyone I’ve dealt with has been lovely, extremely professional bt empathetic, sympathetic n really kind too, the communications were clear & I new exactly what was going on throughout!!! all of the above made an otherwise “petrifying/horrific n unforgettably sad sitch, A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!!!” I’m DEFINATELY going to arrange my own cremation with pure cremation & will happy recommend them to all & anyone interested aswell💯♥️❤️”

“My mom passed away in a care home, after contacting Pure Cremation they arranged to collect her and delivered her ashes back. They keep in contact with you and answer any questions you may have, they were very friendly and empathetic. Thank you for making the process easy and less painful.”

“When we choose Pure Creation we made sure that all close family members were aware of our wishes. The whole process from purchasing our plans to my husband's passing, cremation and the return of his ashes has been everything we wanted. We can now get family and friends together to celebrate his life the way he wanted.”

“They are everything that the advert says and more. The arrangements were straight forward, and simple. With the passing of my mother, we had family issues with what type of service to have, so my father went for Pure Cremation to avoid such issues for himself. In addition, we had an issue that the ward staff did not remove his rings, they gave lots of excuses as to why not, resulting in my father being sent to the morgue and collected still wearing rings several generations old. I explained too Pure Cremation, they were very understanding, and they made sure to recover the two rings for us and return them with the ashes. The delivery of the ashes was very respectful, I would recommend them.”

“Everyone I spoke to were so respectful in the words they used. For example, is your mum still resting at your hospital and we now have your mum in our care. This meant so much at such a distressing and emotional time. I can’t thank you enough. I have included a picture of my silly lovely mum xx”

“My mum wanted to get her affairs in order so that her family didn’t have to go through the marketing and sales circus that some funeral services tend to offer – and speaking as her executor, I am really grateful that she did. Pure Cremations made everything as clear and as straightforward as possible. We were kept well-informed every step of the way and the compassion and care we were shown were exemplary. Every phone call was delivered sensitively - on time and as promised – and each process was made easy to understand. Quite simply, my mum, as usual, did the right thing for all of us and by choosing Pure Cremations, she made such a difficult process simple and respectful. “Pure Cremation was a tremendous help at a very challenging time in one's life, very professional and understanding from the very first telephone call to the return of the ashes of my very loved husband; thankyou Tracey my assigned member of staff & to Rick who brought my husband back to me. Not once in the process did I feel pressured & I hate to bring such a vulgar subject up however was value for money. The title sums the service up ...Pure Cremation; well done!”

“I was very pleased with Pure Cremations from start to finish. At such a stressful time it is lovely to have someone take all the hassle away and deal with everything for you. The whole procedure went according to plan, and having your own personal advisor to ring if you needed it was a great comfort. “The service by Pure Cremation was just as we expected. Every step was made easy and staff were always very caring and kept us updated every step of the way. My Mothers death was a happy release so as a family it came with relief, but we were happy with the format. Most of all it has given us time to gather Family together at a time we could all make it rather than rush. As the death was a few weeks before christmas it simplified things a lot.”
