Pure Cremation were absolutely fantastic after the death of my husband. The process was handled, by Gail Brunton, delicately & with a real understanding of what the family were going through. The undertakers were so professional, kind, patient & understanding. We were kept informed at all stages & my husband's ashes were hand-delivered to me by the loveliest person (wish I could remember his name). I cannot recommend Pure Cremation highly enough, the staff are so wonderful at the worst time of your life.

Pure Cremation have been wonderful. Their staff have all been very helpful and treated us with dignity and respect at all times. I would recommend them without a doubt.

My father sadly passed away in October after taking out a Pure Cremation Policy only in August. He did not want the fuss as he called it. As a Family, we did try to talk him out of it initially ( we had lost Mum during Covid and so hadn't had a proper Cremation for her ) but I think that made his mind up. I was able to call the day he passed ( unfortunately down in Harefield Hospital rather than our local Hospital) but it was no problem once I had the correct Paperwork, we knew when he would be Cremated and was advised we could pick a piece of Music, even changed the date the Ashes would be returned due to Work commitments, we will be scattering them this weekend at our local crematorium where we have a Cherry Tree with Mum already there, so they are Reunited as the saying goes.

Pure Cremation was the perfect solution for me, my mother was 95 and all her friends had passed away and the remaining family were not close by so it would have been a very small funeral. I chose to have my mother cremated without family and the ashes were delivered back to me. At some point in the New Year, we will get together and scatter the ashes and celebrate her life. The cost was very reasonable and the staff were very sympathetic, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation.

I was impressed with the speedy and fuss-free manner I was able to arrange the cremation of my brother. I phoned Pure Cremation at 11 am soon after my brother's passing, and by 2.30 pm two men arrived to collect his remains. They were very sympathetic and kind and showed great reverence after closing the rear doors of the van, both then bowed their heads in respect, which was much appreciated. I was kept up to date by Stephanie Canning at every stage, from the date of the cremation to when I could expect the ashes to be returned. Brian Bradley

very helpful and empathic people who explained the process and what we needed to do after mum died. They quickly arranged to pick up her body from the care home and kept us informed of what would be happening and when. Mum's ashes were hand delivered by a friendly person who was as discrete as he could be with his delivery. Pure Cremation made the whole process stress free and having a nominated person to deal with was very helpful and reassuring.

I couldn’t have been looked after and supported more than by the team at Pure Cremation after my husband died and especially by Isobel . I was kept informed every step of the way to what was happening, and I am happy that when my time comes my family will have the same support from them.

Continuous communication from the team. abort each stage and what would.be happening next. Made me feel. At ease with the process and all my questions answered quickly. 100% recommend the services.

My husband wanted a no frills funeral. After a lot of research he decided to approach Pure Cremation Ltd taking out an affordable monthly pre payment plan. After his death Pure Cremation were outstanding. One initial call, handled with care and compassion, started the process. Pure Cremation kept me up to date with what was happening. They discussed the cremation date so that the family could reflect in their own way on the day. My husband's ashes were returned to me as requested on a given date. The lady who returned them to me was kind and caring, letting me know that if I had any further questions I could call. An all together positive experience. Thank you so much.

We would highly recommend Pure to any family at their time of loss. Everyone and everything has been done with the upmost respect for us and our Mum. They have made a very difficult time for our family alot easier to deal with which has been very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone xx

Ken died at home. He was 86. Had several age related illnesses including heart problems when he spent 5 weeks in hospital. It was discovered. Either he was told and chose not to tell me. I do not know. He has been poorly after coming out of hospital. What I would love ke to highlight here is that since covid. There has been very little understanding of how general practitioners work. The surgery knew of his condition. When the police officers said it was ok to remove the body as there were no suspicious circumstances. You said you needed a coroners report. Fortunately events finally unfolded that made things ok. I live here in Beverley. Far from your place of work. I am 73. With a learning disabled daughter. And 13 year old granddaughter. What are your provisions for dealing with this situation should I pass away?

Dear Mrs Stephenson, Thank you for your feedback in relation to your husband’s cremation arrangements. Where we are looking after someone who has died at home, we need to gather a certain amount of information to ensure the appropriate care of the person, as well as what we need to do to obtain the necessary legal paperwork. Having looked at the circumstances around your husbands passing from the information gathered, we were alerted to the fact there may be a need for coronial involvement. Because of this, the correct action was taken to make sure your husband was looked after as soon as possible while considering the need for the coroner to see him. I am glad that you too feel that the rest of the process unfolded smoothly after this. We have a very clear process that we follow and know that the team are equipped to confidently explain the next steps to families who use us, providing peace of mind we are taking the appropriate steps for all. The registering and original communications were excellent. Actually dealing with the death, collection and cremation of my husband was quiet and efficient - I was aware of everything as it happened. My disappointment was afterwards when dealing with the office - I was ALWAYS put on hold with ghastly (unsuitable) music droning on - and each department seemed to operate separately. The telephone number needs to be updated on old paperwork. Overall I would (and have) thoroughly recommend Pure Cremation.

My mum wanted pure cremation and it went ok, took a while to pick my mum up from hospital. Pure cremation kept me updated with phone calls etc, only thing they couldn't tell me the time my mum was cremated. It's what my mum wanted but you can't say goodbye properly really.

At the time of need, we always ask the chosen representative if they wish to be informed of the cremation date. I can't thank all of you enough for your professionalism and care of my Mum. You have made the whole procedure so stress free, it was the definitely the right choice to go with a Pure Cremation. From start to the end when a lovely lady delivered Mum safely home to us. I have arranged this for myself and when the time comes I know my family will have no worries at all.
