“Everyone I spoke with from Pure Cremation has been very helpful and has dealt with all arrangements in a sympathetic and professional manner. Their service was flexible and allowed my family to arrange a very personal memorial service. Thank you to everyone involved.”

“Although there wasn't a plan alreadyinplace, the team made the procedure efficient and dignified. A minor mistake in an item not being taken at the time our mother was collected was quickly rectified. A really good service for small, scattered families, giving them time to plan how to celebrate a person's life in a manner that suits them.”

“Pure cremations , right from the outset of notifying them off my mum's passing were polite , informative, helpful and very courteous. The people that collected mum from home were so respectful and polite . We were kept informed right through through process. Thankyou pure cremations”

“Friendly staff. Talked me through every step. Telephoned when they went to get my brother in law. They would ring every time to let me know what the next step would be. Ashes delivered to home address. Would use pure cremation again.”

“From the offset they were fantastic. I phoned them at 3 in the morning and they informed me of all that they were going to do. They were prompt in picking up my mum and sideways at the end of the phone if I needed to ask anything.”

“Sadly we have lost both our Mum and Dad within a month of each other. Both had Pure Cremation plans and, honestly, I cannot stress how much their compassion and efficiency has helped such an upsetting time. Thank you SO much to all the team - you have been amazing.”

“You hope for the best..but, never know what to expect...Pure Cremation were totally professional, kind,caring,understanding and did I say kind...they collected my precious Dad when he passed..kept me informed, and led me through the process..they were everything that you hoped for. So much so, 5 of my family have now been convinced that Pure Cremation are the right people ti care for loved ones....Thank you for your kindness, efficiency, understanding, and support. You've got it perfectly right..don't change...thank you for personally delivering back our precious Dad in such a respectful way...you took away the worry when we were grieving..I will never forget that...thank you to each and every one of you. “We’ve used pure cremation for both my mum and dad and they have been fantastic, they keep you up to date every step of the way by the same person they are understanding and so supportive and caring when they talk to you they really take all the stress out of everything we couldn’t be more thankful for everything they’ve done for us”

“The advertisement's on television say exactly how it is. We are very happy with the help we received from Pure Cremation. From the technician's that collected Eva, to the return, we were treated with the reverence and respect you would expect of an expensive funeral. The difference being in the cost only. We recommend Pure Cremation, and will be asking for their help again in the distant future..”

“At a time when in an emotional state, pure cremation took the worry and stress out of a difficult experience, particularly when never had to liase with mortuary, coroners etc before. Pure cremation handled everything professionally and swiftly and I felt comforted that my loved one was attended too with dignity.”
