“All the people I dealt with were extremely kind and helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with the coroner and the mortuary, but, as the extra fee for courier delivery was waived, I am very happy with the service offered and would thoroughly recommend Pure Cremation to others. Thank you for all your help.”

“Pure Cremations managed the arrangements for both of my parents who passed away within 3 weeks of each other. We did not have a pre-paid plan but paid at time of contact and there was no problem with this. Both parents wanted simple ceremonies which is what PC provided but with a lot of respect and help in making all the arrangements. The cost is very good and with a small budget this was welcomed. Everyone I spoke with on both occassions was very kind and helpful although I did find that the more advisors I spoke to I started to find out a lot more about how the service worked. Example of this is you can have the cremation take place at different crematoriums of your choice so long as they are linked with PC and you can have an attended service for up to 12 people. The first time I spoke to PC, I was under the impression that cremations only took place at their site in Andover. My advice is to find out a more local crematorium to use if you would like to attend and then go to speak to the crematorium directly as they are also very helpful. All the arrangements from collecting your loved one to providing a date/time, music to be played, to returning their ashes directly to you and everything in between was well communicated and handled with the utmost respect and dignity for which I thank Pure Cremations for doing such a great job. I would say that Pure Cremations exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all the team at PC.”

“Fantastic service. Everything was done efficiently and I didn't have to think about anything. My Mum was picked up from the hospital and returned a few weeks later. Each step along the way was communicated.”

“Please i still do not know if my brother Philip Smyth 6.10.1950 ashes were delivered to my sisters friend Marcia in Kent.... I originally thought they were being delivered in August and had a message from marcia in November asking where the ashes were and she had not recieved them... So i called pure cremation and they were still there!! The lady said she would get them delivered as soon as possible and said she would call Marcia as I was in Spain and my phone did not work... So i still don't know as I have only just returned and I have not got an email to say what has hapoened.. Please let me know as soon as possible.. As there has been a family split over his death and my sister and her friend Marcia are not speaking to me thank you Mia tomline 07748971474”

This was due to the uncertainty around your instructions for his ashes, which I am glad we have been able to resolve. “I have used Pure Cremation 4 times in the last20 months, obviously it has been a very stressful time and Pure Cremation have made each of the events easier for me to cope with and handled everything for me also giving me phone calls inbetween the initial contact and the delivery of the ashes back to my home, they have been really great in such sad times.”

“Pure Cremation were absolutely fantastic after the death of my husband. The process was handled, by Gail Brunton, delicately & with a real understanding of what the family were going through. The undertakers were so professional, kind, patient & understanding. We were kept informed at all stages & my husband's ashes were hand-delivered to me by the loveliest person (wish I could remember his name). I cannot recommend Pure Cremation highly enough, the staff are so wonderful at the worst time of your life.”
