“From the very first call we were treated kindly and respectfully without being patronising. They went above and beyond for our mum even down to dealing with the same person each time and the urn delivery in person and being a more attractive looking option that funerals locally that cost lots more. The service was incredible - we cannot say that enough - far better than any traditional style the family have used before thank you so so much.”

“We lost my wonderful Dad in January. From the moment we contacted Pure Cremation's 24-hour service, we were supported by an extremely warm, empathetic and compassionate team. He passed at a hospice, and he was swiftly taken into their care. Even though it was an emotionally difficult time, our care co-ordinator informed us of all aspects of the process, and made what was very traumatic and emotional as easy as it could be. We felt supported, and could concentrate on grieving for my Dad, without having to worry about the finer details of his cremation. The whole process was respectful and empathetic, and we are so grateful to the Pure Cremation team for their care of him and of us as a family”

“You have converted a total cynic!! We were totally sceptical about my mother in law going down this route but your caring staff made the process as positive as it could possibly be. I think my wife and I will now use the same approach”

“Have used Pure twice now for my Parents. Both times they have been professional, compassionate and at the end of a phone when needed. They make a very difficult time more bareable. When my Father passed I was notified from his care home at night and was abroad. With one phone call everything was dealt with by them and I had very little to do making the situation so much easier at a time when I needed support. Would highly recommend”

“I choose pure cremation because I wanted to know what date my dad was being cremated. My dad didn't have a plan , but I rang them and they sorted everything. They kept intouch every step of the way . The staff treat you with respect and empathy. There was no stress and we could celebrate my dad's life in our own way . Thank you pure cremation for making things so simple at the most horrible time”

“The service through to cremation was excellent. Compassionate patient agents helping my mum who is partially sighted and talking her through everything. The sales team post-cremation were unacceptable and need to take a look at procedures. We were very clear that my mum was not ready to discuss her own arrangements but still they called twice. I understand this may be a good time to help people but when someone has been very clear they do not want to discuss at the moment it should be respected and not scheduled for a call at the end of the month. We have now removed ourselves from the contact list.”

“Sam my allocated phone call member or staff was very polite, friendly and reassuring. He always checked if I and my family were ok and if we needed anything else etc. Although whenever I tried to call him back if we missed his calls he was never available to speak to.”
