“Hi, due to unforeseen circumstances i recently had to turn to Pure Cremation, my head was a shed and I had to take our a plan, as soon as possible as the passing of my husband was unfortunately quite quick and didn't expect it, after the first phone call to a very empathetic professional person I had nothing to do and there were in the background the whole time and keep me informed of every stage of the cremation I would certainly recommend it takes that stress off completely and one less thing to worry about. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“I live in Somerset and received news of the death of my brother from his Care Home in Camberley, Surrey at 21:20 and as they could not hold his body overnight until the following day I had to find a funeral director urgently. I had recently heard from a friend about Pure Cremation so decided to ring them. From the start I cannot praise all the people I dealt with highly enough. They all played their part in the co-ordination and communication of the process in a professional, caring and empathetic manner. Rachael Ardron, Dawn O'Leary, Emma, Hazel Stewart, Gary and Liz who finally delivered my brother home so we can arrange interment with our mother. From the bottom of my heart and from all my family, thank you.”

“Staff really friendly and helpful over the phone. Sadly, I was given incorrect information about when Pure Cremation were collecting my brother's body from the mortuary and so had to post family photos to Andover to be placed with him which was extremely stressful as no guarantee they would arrive in time. Also, I just expected more emails confirming arrangements rather than having to remember dates etc at such an anxious time.”

“A huge thank you to eveyone at Pure Cremation for ensuring the process of direct cremation was simple and stress-free. My mum stipulated in her will that this was the company she wanted as she had used them for my step dad previously. From the first phone call to the delivery of mum's ashes, everyone was kind, progrssional and empathetic. The proces is so straightforward and communication is excellent. The lovely lady that delivered the ashes brought them into the house and set them down for me as I could not face this part. Thank you so much.”

“From beginning to dropping off the ashes pure cremation was extremely thoughtful and respectful about the whole situation. They took me through every step and also rang me when I needed to know things so kept me up to date with everything. I can’t thank them enough :) thank you so much”

“My Dad recently passed away and had arranged his own funeral. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were amazing and made a really awful experience so much easier for me. Every step of the way these guys were amazing. I am now advising other people to do this. Takes a huge pressure off the loved ones Thank you from me & my family”

“My sister in law passed and she had everything prepared it made my life so much easier they collected her with such care and compassion, they called regularly throughout the process, I was upset she didn’t have a funeral but we did it her way , and they did everything with care Would definitely recommend, I wouldn’t have thought about them before but now yes they definitely make this part easy and stress less for the family”
