“Absolutely brilliant organisation. Every staff member I interacted with was superb, empathetic, polite, well trained and polite. I would highly recommend Pure Cremations in what is a very difficult, emotional and stressful time. Thank you”

“Easy to book in when Mum passed, process nice and simple. Phoned by a personal contact, which was fine, but I never spoke to him again. Took longer than I expected, but that's just modern Britain for you. I had to call them to check when they had collected, rather than them calling me, which was what they said they'd do. Very good service other than that.”

“Pure cremation as been my absolute rock they were there for myself and sisters I thank you for everything I don’t know whot I would have done without you they take all the stress away and that I’m truly thankful”

“Like so many this is a new experience for me . From my first phone call to receiving my late wife’s ashes I was kept informed. I would like to give a special thank you to the young lady who returned the ashes such a difficult job but carried out with so much decorum. I would sincerely thank all at Pure Cremation.”

“Simple, easy, and helpful with compassionate staff. All explained at the outset by a simple telephone call. They removed a lot of the worry and stress from handling my loved ones cremation. I would highly recommend them.”

“Purecremation have been absolutely brilliant from day one. Very courteous and caring service. Even when my dad's ashes were delivered back to my sister's they took the time to sit with her and comfort her. They made the whole sad process easy on both of us”

Every step of the way they have been amazing- from our very first contact to the delivery of my mum’s ashes, they have kept us fully informed and listened to our every wish. Every person we came into contact with has been clear, friendly and professional. Every phone call has been answered within 30 secs or so and every time frame has been honoured. “Fantastic service, full of empathy, treated you like you were the only one going through this sad time. Could not fault the Service, all staff were incredibly sympathetic and extremely helpful, such a good plan and has allowed our family to have our own memorial in our own time.
