“From the moment I contacted Pure Cremation I received a respectful and caring attitude from everyone I spoke to. I was kept fully informed as to what was happening including the date of my mother's cremation. Her ashes were returned by a very nice young man well within the time stated. I cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for making such a sad time so less stressful. I would recommend to everyone and intend to take out a plan myself.”

“Generally please with the service my only slight issue was I feel you could have kept me up to date a bit more frequently even if there was not to much to say.”

“Very easy to set up the policy and when it was time to organise my mums cremation every step was dealt with care and empathy. I was kept informed through all the steps and felt my mum was very well cared for. Really took the stress out of making funeral decisions and her ashes were hand delivered in a lovely container with a ceramic disc which we werent expecting, really lovely touch. Its nice to feel her presence back at home again”

“From the moment mum Evelyn died, until the moment she was brought home, we were informed of every stage of mums care. It took the pressure off myself, dealing with mums estate, as well as keeping the family informed. We are a large family, living in different County's , and another country, so getting everyone together in one place at one time was a logistic nightmare. With Pure cremation I could fulfill her wish to be cremated, have her ashes scattered with Dad, and have a family get together when we could all be together. Have booked the family gathering and ashes ceremony in August, so we can all be there. Until, then mum is home with my partner and I. She loved to stay when she was well, and loved watching the birds whilst sitting in the garden. The family are happy that we can fulfill mums wishes, without the stresses. In fact my Sister was so pleased with the way mum was treated that she is going to take a plan out herself. Thank you all so much, Linda Ivison and family.”

“I was really worried about going away from a normal funeral plan and using this type of service. After a lot of thought I called them. I was told in great depth how the various plans worked and was gently lead lead through the steps. These particular times in your life organising a funeral is not nice, not pleasant and your not prepared no matter who you are. My first phone call I was put at ease and comforted by one of the team who told me not to rush and get back to them if and when I made any decision. The plan that was chosen ( for my sister) was done as we knew her time was coming fast and we planned ahead. When the day came, pure cremations treated us with dignity and professionalism right the way through. I hope that this review is taken and digested by all of the team that have helped us through this journey”

“My wife arranged her Pure Cremation a couple of months before she passed away. When I had to contact Pure, after she had passed, I spoke to Laura, who was understanding, kind, and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I was told I could be told as little or as much as I wanted to know at every step of my wife’s journey. The day my wife was returned to me was, as you can imagine, very difficult, the gentleman who brought her back to me was kind and respectful, making sure that I had support, from friends and relatives, and that I was ok before he left. I feel confident that my Wife was treated with dignity and respect at all times. I would like to thank all at Pure Creation, I would not hesitate to recommend their service, and I will be making my funeral arrangements with them.”

“My wife's sister died unexpectedly recently with no funeral plans in place. Her daughters live some distance away which meant I had to make the initial arrangements at very short notice. After a brief phone call to Pure Cremation (my wife and I were already with them) arrangements were in place to have the body collected for cremation and the remains were delivered to us a short time later. The compassion and professionalism of the Pure Cremation team at this difficult time was very much appreciated and we were kept informed at all stages of the process. I can wholly recommend their service.”
