At a very emotional time, Pure Creamation handled my wifes funeral with great care and empathy. Will always be greatfull. I already have my funeral planned with Pure, and recommed pure to all my family.

My late Mum had a prepaid plan with Pure Cremation Ltd. I can't thank them enough for the kindness they showed me & the help & advice they gave me after my Mum passed away. I asked that my Mum's ashes be returned to me & Mark who returned them was so kind & friendly to me & very respectful to my Mum's remains. Pure Cremation Ltd made a very difficult time easier to bear & I was extremely impressed by all the team I dealt with. Thank you & may God bless you all.

I have already sent a email expressing our thoughts on pur Cremation, it has been from start to receiving dad's ashes which were hand delivered by a beautiful,professional, most caring person pure perfection. In this sad time, pure cremation was a very good support to me, we had problems with the death certificate, they supported me. When my mums ashes came back the support was there.

I find your ‘Pure’ ads on TV totally offensive to be fair! Myself and my family organised a beautiful, dignified, unrushed and totally respectful cremation for my Mum through a private funeral company and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Your adverts are so fake and the actress you use is annoyingly condescending. Therefore I wouldn’t touch you with a barge pole.. thanks but definitely no thanks!

My Mum had a prepaid direct cremation plan with Pure Cremation. After my Mum passed away I was so impressed by the team & service privided. From the initial call following registering my Mum's death I was given all the next steps details & treated with the utmost kindness. I was called as I requested when Mum had arrived in Pure's care & was advised the date her cremation would take place. Afterwards I was contaced regarding Mum's ashes being returned to me. The day before the return I was called regarding an estimated time of arrival. On the day the driver called me to introduce himself & to advise me of a one hour time slot. He arrived on time & was very respectful when he passed me my Mum's ashes. He stayed to talk to me for a few minutes enduring I was ok. The Pure team were all friendly, professional, knowledgable & above all compassionate & kind at all times & really are a credit to Pure. I thank them all on behalf of my family & myself for making a very sad time more bearable. May God keep you all safe.

I enquired about their service approximately 4 years ago but they continued to send info in the post and phoning me, and despite me blocking the caller number, they would call from a different number. I complained but still I received voice mail. I have just received an apologetic email after using the 'contact us' option to contact them on the website but I did write in capitals and used the f-word to grab their attention. I hope that's the end of the harassment.

Once you show an interest in this company they never leave you alone. Constantly calling you! If I wanted to contact them I would do so. I asked them to stop calling but they persist . Very off putting.

A big thank you to pure cremation, your service has been outstanding from start to Finnish nothing was to much trouble from the dedicated team for our mum , we had a family service in Andover for her ,you made it so special just how our mum wanted it , And her Ashes returned by the lovely Brooke who was very compassionate and caring asked all about our mum which was lovely . the most traumatic time ever made even worse terrible communication i literally had to ring for every update at one point i had to ask were my husband was as i just did not know and nobody was ringing me back i had a policy also but cancelled soon after just felt really let down

Both myself and my darling wife had plans and sadly as my wife passed away in hospital I instigated her plan. All aspects of that plan were activated and I must thank Pure Cremation for the respectful and kind manner they dealt with it even right up to the personal manner my wife’s ashes were handed to me. Please remove your fake actress on tv does nothing but put people off of your services . No crematorium service is rushed as she says . And how does she know what goes on behind the scenes . Know one is present !!

Mother inlaw passed on 30/09/25. Arranged a pure cremation 3/10/25, was all lovely & compassionate until after payment was made, which was more expensive than advertised may I add. Had to chase you up for updates every step of the way. We were given numerous excuses, from the hospital not completing paperwork correctly to you had the incorrect telephone number for us. NOW, my mother inlaw is supposed to be brought home to us today 5/11/25 as arranged. My husband is on the phone to you now as I write this & being told that Mum will not be brought home today but Friday now & there's a 4 hour time slot you're giving us. You're not delivering a sofa, it's OUR MOTHER. We're supposed to be travelling up north on Friday for her scattering ceremony on Saturday. I Will be taking this further & will be contacting the ombudsman. If people want a compassionate service that's dignified for their loved one, then go to a local funeral director. DO NOT USE PURE CREMATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have elderly parents who are not in good health. When they are watching television they are constantly being bombarded with "Pure Cremation" adverts multiple times throughout the same day, and from week to week. I do think you should think about people's feelings and emotions rather than promoting the business all of the time.
