“The pre arrangement was excellent with a singular voice assigned to communication. However, after collection of the body until committal communication was reactive and by anyone. The delivery of the ashes restored the order and compassion of the arrangement.”

“Pure Cremation were able to take the worry off of my shoulders in helping with Dads cremation and returning his remains in short order. All contact with them was kind, endearing and respectful right up until Dads ashes being delivered by the smartest and most compassionate gentleman. Thank you PC Ltd… ☺️”

“Every one was very professional and polite. The two gents that collected Dad were really empathetic and thoughtful. I was fully updated every step of the way and I appreciated all the calls that were made. I couldn’t fault them.”

“Having to do the hardest thing in ringing to say my husband has died you made it the easiest thing I had to do, from the initial phone call, all the way through the process to having him delivered home to us you were all so very supportive and so so kind. You were all professional but very very kind and knew the right way to talk me through a very hard and difficult time. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“What can I say . MY lovely sister dying was the hardest thing to bear.i saw her the minute after she was born ,I was with her when she died.She told me her wishes to have a pure cremation.It was hard not knowing much about it,I thought it would be a cold heartless event .But I was so wrong EACH person Pam especially was so kind ,When they collected Joy from the care home they showed such reverance to her . Every step of her commital was explained to me . I knew the day ,so I lit a candle for her. The gentleman that brought her ashes to me was kind and a credit to Pure Cremations as was everyone that I delt with .So thank you .”
