“I have been very happy with Pure Cremation from beginning to end. They have kept me informed all the way through. They have been kindness itself, with respect for myself, family and of course my beloved late husband. Bringing his ashes home was kindness itself. Highly recommended.”

“Great from start to finish in the circumstances nothing to sort out till you get the ashes back as long as you understand what you are getting. Its not for everyone but if funds are your priority and you don't want the stress and hassle of arranging everything then this is for you. Then when the ashes are returned you can have a celebration of life or whatever you want.”

“Delivered exactly what was expected. My Mother expressed a clear preference for a cremation only and the team at Pure Cremations handled this masterfully, and yet also compassionately. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“My dad decided he didn’t want a funeral when he passed & wanted to make the job of sorting things after he’d past as easy as he could for my mum, sister & I. He found Pure Cremations & signed up with them. On his passing I was put in charge of informing Pure Cremations & they could not have made it an easier experience, considering the circumstances. From the first phone call, through to my dad being collected & then his ashes being returned safely back to my mum, all staff members we dealt with were very compassionate & informative. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“The people to whom I spoke could not have been more courteous and helpful A trying time was eased by their help and advice. All went according to plan and the driver delivering the ashes (right on timr i might add)dwas very consoling and extremely sympathetic.”

“My wife arranged this before she died. It has been the worst experience imaginable. No ceremony, no service for family and friends. We were plainly not welcome on the day of the cremation. No closure for those who are left behind. Just a delivery, a week later from somone with a jar of ashes. We have had to arrange to bury my wife's ashes at a local church with a simple service so that family and friends can show their respects and get some sort of closure, so we can move on.”

“A very easy way of taking away all responsibility for the body, cremation etc. all the members of the team I came into contact with were excellent in terms of efficiency and sympathy.”

“From the moment we lost Mum to the day her ashes were brought home to Dad, Pure Cremation made what could have been an incredibly painful process so much easier for our family to bear. The team who collected Mum were kind and sympathetic from the very first phone call. Lisa Tipton looked after us throughout. She was patient, warm and genuinely caring at every step, even down to making sure some photos we wanted placed with Mum were handled properly. And the gentleman who brought her ashes home to Dad did so with such warmth and quiet respect; it meant more to us than he probably realised. You don't expect "service" to be the word that comes to mind when you're grieving, but that's exactly what Pure Cremation gave our family: proper care, not just a process.
