“Pure Cremation, were excellent particularly at a difficult time and followed my Mothers wishes. The staff were kind and understanding, brilliant communication, even down to the delivery of her ashes, which was done with respect and presented beautifully. Thank You.”

“I have used pure cremation twice in the last year and both times I found the service to be exceptional. They were very helpful in the initial stages of planning and kept me up-to-date via phone call with everything as it proceeded. When they arrived at my home to deliver the ashes they were both professional and courteous.”

“The staff at Pure Cremation has been exceptional. In my dealings with them through very difficult times after losing a long time partner, they have always been friendly, kind understanding and empathetic. Especially Kingsley, Lisa and Emma have been amazing and I thank you sincerely for your kind and professional manner! “Awful. Whilst our father booked a Pure Cremation, we would still liked to have marked the event, albeit from 170 miles away. Pure Cremation would not give a likely time for the committal. Surely, if this is so carefully managed, a time should be known, or is this just a case of lining up the coffins and wait your turn? Terrible for families.”

Dear Ian, Thank you for getting in touch with us. We’re sorry you were disappointed. At Pure Cremation, we always provide families with the committal day for the cremation. We cannot provide the time of the actual cremation itself though. This should have been made clear to the applicant. We are no different to other crematoria where there is a service beforehand. The actual cremation can be many hours after the service. The actual cremation duration can vary from 75 to 120 minutes so the committal time can vary considerably during the course of a day. What we recommend for families that wish to mark the event is that they choose a time on that day, to gather and celebrate the life of the person. Kind regards, Olivia

“Pure Cremation does one thing and they do it well. It is clear that from start to finish, every aspect of the customer journey has been thought of. Customer expectations were managed at every stage, with a phone call to let us know when the cremation is likely to take place, when the ashes will be delivered etc. The staff were very professional, everything was taken care of, I'm very pleased and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fuss free cremation service from start to finish.”

“The arrangements for my sister's passing were all taken care of by Pure Cremations. Everyone I dealt with was kind, empathetic and gentle, even whilst giving me useful information. I cannot recommended this service too highly. No funeral, but I knew the time of her Cremation. And I am now organising a Celebration of Life for her, around the time of her birthday. So much better than a grim, solemn funeral.”
