“Very professional considerate and polite alway through and kept me well informed throughout this sad occasion When my brothers ashes was delivered to me at home the lady was very mindful considerate. I’m glad I used Pure Cremations and would highly recommend there service”

“After the very sudden and unexpected death of my husband, sorting out his funeral was the last thing I wanted to do. Pure cremation couldn’t have made it any easier. We filled out a form online and they took over the rest. We went with a direct cremation which was unattended. I was kept informed every step of the way, which made me feel very involved. Everyone was so thoughtful, kind and professional. My husband ashes were brought back to me by a very lovely lady. I was so impressed with them and how easy it was that I am going to pre arrange my funeral with them so my children have one less thing to worry about when my time comes, which I’m hoping is a long way off yet.”

“My brother Christopher want a Pure Cremation as he did not want any fuss. I arranged this for him and the team at Pure Cremation was so kind and understanding talk me through it all, I then could pass all the information to Chris. When he passed away they talk me though the whole process. They phone me when they had Chris in their care ask if I wanted to know the date of his cremation then phoned me to arranged when it was convenient to return Chris to us. I can't praise them enough for all their kindness. It was Chris's wishes that the money that was saved on his cremation I took the family away. So there will be 16 adults and 3 children going away for a 3 night break on the weekend of his birthday in November thats when we will celebrate his life. I have recommend your service to a lot of people. Thank you Pure Cremation team from Chris's sister. Lyn from Somerset.”

“From the moment we arranged to take out the cremation until the day we needed it they were amazing. I have never felt with a company that was so compassionate. I was informed every step of the way. Including a call to check up on how I was doing. Even when they came to collect my mother they treated her like she was the most precious lady. They where so kind and professional and again took me through everything and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions ( and honestly I did ask them so random crazy stuff) even when the ashes were returned the lovely lady had so much kindness and compassion in what is the worst time. I can honestly say i can never thank pure cremation enough for there personal care and attention.”

“I was very happy with pure cremation. They phoned and kept me up to date with every stage of what was happening , and when things were gonna take place. Right up until the ashes were going to be delivered. And the gentleman who delivered the ashes was also very pleasant, and understanding. Thank you all for all you have done.”

“Excellent, compassionate, empathetic, kind, staff. Extremely well trained. Excellent communication skills. So well cared for. The gathering we had was well planned, meet by a member of staff and nothing was to much trouble. My husband was always called by his name, which made such a difference. “My mother made it very clear that when she died she did not want me to go through the trauma and expense of a "traditional" funeral. Pure Cremation seemed to tick all the boxes and I can now say that it did so without callousness but also without any undue, maudlin theatre. The staff were sympathetic and professional, handling all procedures with quiet efficiency and keeping me appraised at all stages of the process. Pure Cremation helped to make an extremely difficult time far more bearable. Mum's ashes were delivered to me with dignity and, when the time is right, I will scatter them somewhere with the kind of beautiful view that she loved. Thank you, Pure Cremation.”

“We all have policies with Pure Cremation but thankfully hadn’t needed to use them until dad passed away on 15th March. Dad passed away at 12.30pm at home and we phoned Pure Cremation. From that very first phone call to the day dad was brought home to us, we received the most caring and professional service. Our family were connected to a lady called Rebecca Saroush-she was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for Rebecca, we had some difficulties with dad’s GP getting the necessary reports etc but Rebecca supported us through it all. We received constant updates at each stage and not once did we have to chase for information. Our family could not recommend this company more highly. Having one person allocated to the care of your loved one really helps. Thank you”
