“Great communication and was arranged last minute but nothing was any trouble. Also arranged to be at the commital for 12 guests which was nice to do . Ashes returned in a lovely biodegradable box which was colourful and nice. Thank you Pure Cremation”

“My mother sadly passed away in February, I have never dealt with a death before, pure cremation were very professional and respectful, but most of all they were all lovely and nice people.”

“My husband and I took out Pure Cremation plans 3 years ago after a close friend had opted for a direct cremation. We hadn't heard of this before and we thought that this suited our needs perfectly and would be a stress free option for our family to deal with when we passed away. Sadly my husband died on March 1st and the kindness and care we received at every step along the way and by every member of the Pure Cremation staff was truly wonderful. We were kept informed of what was happening and when and my husband's ashes were returned to us as and when promised by a lovely young man called Callum who was very kind and sympathetic. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone who wishes to say goodbye to their loved one in a calm and sress fee way and choose their own special joyful way to celebrate their life at a later date.”

“My beloved wife and I made arrangements with Pure Cremation several years ago. When her time came they took her into their care and organised an Attended Committal at a local crematorium, including some music of my choice. From my first contact with them to make the arrangements their staff were understanding of my pain, supportive, and provided an event which went exactly as we had envisaged. Many thanks to you.”

“We wanted a private ceremony for my Mother and having the ashes delivered to us gave us the absolute flexibility we wanted as to when and where we wanted this to take place. Pure Cremation were informative all through the process in a very professional and timely manner and also at a price which was much more affordable for us.”

“I am leaving a poor review as we had to chase all the way through. We were not told that my husbands father had been collect from the local hospital on the Thursday. We only found out on the following Tuesday when I called. Also the cremation was planned for 10th March but was put back to 23rd March which we were not informed of. It was only when we called to check. We were told that we would be contacted and updated all the way through. This did not happen.”

Dear Joanne, I am very sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your father-in-law’s cremation arrangements. Our staff should have contacted you once he was in our care and I share your disappointment that this did not happen. Part of our care for the bereaved is regular communication, especially if there are any issues that affect the cremation date. I apologise sincerely that our staff did not meet our usual high standards of communication and will be in touch to give you the chance to speak to me directly about your experience. Please be assured that I will address this with the individuals involved to ensure that they learn from this and, in future, deliver the standard of care Pure Cremation expects of them. “My mum died January 2022. Pure Cremations attended and collected her. They were friendly, helpful and very respectful. Immediate family attended the cremation a a small extra cost and the ashes arrived a few weeks later. Anyone wanting a simple non religious funeral this is ideal.”

“I Cannot Thank the Staff at Pure Cremations Enough for their Exemplary service, Not only did they Carry out the Handling of my Mums Cremations with Considerate Professional Expediency, and Returned her by hand, but they also Kept me Informed at every step of the way, the Staff were Courteous and Respectful at all times throughout the process, even to Fulfilling a last Minute Request before Commital. I would not hesitate to urge anyone dealing with a Recent Bereavement to Contact Pure Cremations, they are an excellent choice to administer over the sad occasion of anyone's Passing.”
