“Everybody i spoke to about my dads passing was very helpful and considerate,They helped me with everything ie telling me what was going to happen what i had to do and what they would do and kept in touch right upto when his ashes were delivered to me.”

“I couldn't have been happier with the service we received. However maybe rethink the free bag for life when the ashes are delivered its not a good look nor will I use that bag. The container with the ashes could be better looks like something cornflakes are kept in caused great distress for my mother.”

We have carefully chosen the ashes container for strength and green credentials, as well as a design that can accommodate our unique ceramic identity disc. Every family has the option to send an alternative urn and we are happy to place the ashes in their chosen container prior to return. “I had phone a few traditional funeral directors and had quote for my husband's funeral. I then telephoned Pure Cremations and the first thing the representative asked was "How are you?" That decided me! The premises are peaceful and look non denominational. My husband was spiritual, rather than religious so it was perfect. The staff were sympathetic without being overly so and made me a cup of tea while I was waiting for my arranged time. As they did not have another service after mine I was able to sit in the room a while longer than arranged. It was as good as something so sad can be.”

“I can't fault the service provided by the team at Pure Cremation after the death of my father in law. From the first phone to the delivery of his ashes, everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful and went above and beyond. We had a nominated contact who kept us informed at every step and a team who were always available whenever we called without having to wait hours on hold. Our driver was respectful but friendly. A seamless and flawless service. I must admit I wasn't sure what to expect when my father in law told us that this was what he wanted but it has turned out to have taken some of the stress and pressure of his passing -leaving us time to grieve as a family and celebrate his life in our own way.”

“Polite, considerate and courteous throughout. We were kept informed about each step of our loved one's journey. Connor our customer care advisor was exceptional and assisted and explained everything to perfection. And receiving the ashes was easy, as handed over in person by a lovely Pure Cremations employee. There was no upselling and everything was done with respect. At a time when we were upset and confused Pure Cremations made it easy and as painless as possible. I would be pleased to recommend them and give a 5-star review without hesitation.”

“At this very distressing time, when you don’t know what to do or how to go about arranging anything Pure Cremations was a lifeline. From the moment I called them they made me feel calm and that they were there to support me and my family. They explained what they would be doing and when. Throughout the full process their very kind staff kept me informed as to the ongoing stages so that I was free to go about arranging and sorting out the multitude of other things which need to be done, when a loved one passes.”

“When my husband, Ken, died I was looking for a funeral plan that didn't go through the trauma of a cremation attended by people who felt they should attend and a family suffering in the early days of grieving. Pure Cremations solved the problem by allowing us to say goodbye privately by not actually attending his cremation and plan for a true celebration of his life at a future date when we will be able to enjoy all Ken's achievements and talk about him without the rawness of our earlier sorrow. Pure cremations took Ken into their care and told us the day of his cremation so we could remember him in our own way unobserved by a crowd. A couple of weeks later his ashes (which are in a bio degradable container) were delivered to the door by an extremely sympathetic driver. The whole experience was so easy and handled by a very caring team member. I would recommend this type of funeral without any doubt. Thank you Rebecca and all the team at Pure Cremations.
