“My parents had both decided some years ago they did not want a funeral. They both opted for Pure Cremation. When my Mum passed away, it was a great relief for Dad not to have to worry about a funeral alongside everything else. Communication was easy and simple and clear and kind. They gave a first class service which finished in Mum's ashes being delivered personally to Dad less than 4 weeks after Mum passed away.”

“I had just lost my best friend of many years & really struggled with the funeral, so when my dearest brother passed just two months later, I knew I would not cope with a traditional funeral. I was so grateful I decided to use Pure Cremation. Everything was arranged swiftly and expertly, with compassion and care. It is somewhat impersonal by nature but I will be having a memorial for my brother when I am less emotional & have come to terms with losing him.”

“Very efficient! , The only thing I didn't like was pure cremation plastered on the van, I'd prefer a bit more discretion”

In response to feedback like yours, we’re currently in the process of removing the "Pure Cremation" wording from our ambulances. “I cannot fault the experience we had with Pure Cremation. Great communications throughout. Of special note, the moment the private ambulance came to collect Mum, the 2 gentlemen were deeply reassuring and respectful. Making a heartbreaking moment as good as it could be. I would certainly recommend Pure Cremation and their service.”

“I’ve used Pure Cremations twice. Last year for my father and more recently for my mother. Both times, the service I received from them was extremely sensitive, kind and helpful. My mum died at home and Laura arranged for her collection so I didn’t need to worry about that. I was kept up to date with what was happening and when they hand delivered my Dad’s ashes, they couldn’t have handled it more sensitively or kindly. Would 100% recommend.”

“I found the service exceptional. I was treated with kindness and understanding.. Pure cremations procedures were clearly explained so I was fully aware of the sequence of events leading up to the cremation and given sensative options regarding recept or disposal of the ashes.”
