“After the sudden and unexpected death of my mum, the service received from Pure Cremation was second to none. They kept in communication with me, offering advice and listening to my worries. Very professional service, carried out my mum's wishes in a highly respectful manner. The lady who returned my mum to me was equally lovely. Everyone I had contact from was really kind and were caring. They made a very sad and unpleasant time just that little bit easier. Thanks to everyone involved.”

“We used pure cremation as it was mums choice before she passed away. Mum dident want a traditional funeral . She dident want people to attend her funeral as she dident want us being upset and told us to have a party which we did. Pure cremation were very good and the communicate with the next of kin very well keeping them informed. If I had any query’s at all. When my mum passed away her funeral wasent pre paid so when I called pure cremation and explained mum Had passed away and we would like to use their services. We had to pay there and then before they could pick mums body up. At the time we were not at home and it was quite stressful having to leave to get the purse with payment card in etc . I thought the settlement would have been done after the body had been picked up. I can understand in a way however it’s the last thing your thinking about is to be carry your payment card on you when you have a relative passing away. Apart from that the process the very easy. Staff were polite and informative on the telephone.”

We are touched by this lovely review and the fact that you took the trouble to share your experience with others. Looking after your family comes first. When a loved one passes away at home, in a nursing home or hospice we will not ask for any money before we set out. We do require full payment before booking the cremation. In all other cases, we ask for full payment before bringing your loved one into our care. Kindest regards, Mia

“I would like to say They treated my husband who had passed and myself with the greatest respect and dignity that was needed at that point of time. I am more than happy to pass on to anybody who is thinking of using Pure cremations to go ahead and use them as I found myself. Personally they were 10 out of 10”

“Everyone I dealt with from the initial phone call to the delivery of the ashes were very professional, caring and easy to deal with. Prompt correspondence and arrangements. Very helpful with providing general guidance as I had never dealt with a family member's death and did not know where to start. Would recommend.”

“Fantastic, private, compassionate and personal. Pure cremation helped us from start to finish . Kept us informed throughout the process . The day to say goodbye to our loved one was so beautiful. Even the return of my dads ashes was so respectfully done . We could contact them anytime they even made sure the family were okay. . Thank you Pure cremation. This is definitely the way forward in the future.”
