“From my first call when I spoke to Tracy to the delivery of my Uncle's ashes by Rick a few weeks later, all the communications were with very caring and supportive people.”

“From the initial phone call to the ashes being personally brought back to me Pure Cremation staff were very kind, polite, professional and very sensitive to me as a person. They explained each step and kept me informed at each stage of the journey. I am very grateful for their support at this difficult time.”

“I can’t thank you enough for your kindness shown to me on the death of my mum . You kept me informed from start and when you brought mum home to me . A much loved was with my mum but couldn’t go with her in in end . You went out of your way to return to me . Thank you”

“All the worry was taken away from me. They respectfully took my loved one into their care and continually kept me informed every step of the way until the ashes were returned to me. The gentleman who came to me was very kind and considerate even asking if i will be alright when he left.”

“it was a pleasure choosing pure cremation it was very easy task as we didnt have a payment plan in the first place and the reps told me what was happening along the way and the delivering the ashes back to me was nice but is was a shame that rich didnt have enought time with me”

We've thoughtfully selected an ashes container that’s both strong and environmentally friendly, and designed not only to hold our unique ceramic identity disc, but also to make scattering or transferring the ashes into another urn as easy as possible.
