“A very easy service to use at a stressful time because the staff keep one informed every step of the way. Advice given regards the paperwork and who has to provide it. Very understanding and a calm presence on the end of the phone. Ashes delivered personally was a nice touch.”

“I found the whole process fantastic. Especially when my partners ashes were delivered. The lady that brought the ashes was very kind...calm and reassuring . I would definitely recommend this service.”

“Pure cremation exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed at all times. It was easy to get through on the phone and all staff had access to records and were able to advise and update as requested. I cannot fault their service, just offer much praise Thank you at a difficult time.”

“I found using pure cremation to be a positive experience given the circumstances , the process was handled well from start to finish, my parents wanted to make their passing as easy for me as possible , and they did ! It made a very difficult time less stressful with the arrangements already made for me”

“Wonderful service !!! from the very start of setting up of the plan. Right through to sadly losing our loved one. Very professional, kept fully informed throughout. After informing them of the death, everything was dealt with very sympathetically, which took any additional stress away. We were informed when the body would be collected, what day the cremation would take place, a curtesy call to say everything went well. And then also a call to make arrangements for the ashes to be hand delivered when convenient. And a call on the day beforehand to check all was still convenient to deliver the ashes. Very polite staff, nothing was ever to much trouble. Katie our point of contact was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Our loved one was delivered in a beautiful container. We would highly recommend, and based on the super service we are now looking to set up plans ourselves!”

“I recently lost a relative who had expressed a preference to use a PC , he loved the Adverts, the premise of a pre-paid service and the obvious value for money. What he did not know about or guess was the level of service you get, the organisation, the approach the people. I admit to being a bit skeptical. It was far cheaper than even getting a similar service locally. (I live on the far northern coast of Scotland). PC were a 6-hour drive away but they collected my cousin on the same day. All communications were professional and yet very much with a personal touch, they care for the service they provide and for whom they provide it. They are an amazing service, this form of arrangement may not be for everyone, but don't dismiss it for that reason, grief is personal I get that. But, I would say that with the expenses and practical arrangements all swiftly taken care of you have time to reflect on what you have lost and that what matters. Pure Cremation provided a First-class service, they are a first-class organisation, and employ first-class people. To be totally trusted. My sincere thanks to Gail and her colleagues in Glasgow”

“From the start they talked me through everything I needed to do as I had no clue what so ever...they reassured me that my dads cremation(dads wishes) at pure cremations he would not be alone...there was light there would be flowers and he would be respectfully cremated...they also updated me throughout the whole process via a phone call including any changes(no fault of their own)...A lovely young girl delivered dads ashes and was so accommodating...I can not thank you all enough for the simplicity of your services also the love and care you provided in handling my dads final farewell!! THANKYOU!”

“Very helpful and polite would have liked to be asked if I needed the constant updates it was just a reminder of what I had lost and what process she was going through which with my imagination was painful some people would want this I really didn't but all told it was everything I needed from Pure Cremation and I would recommend you to anyone”
