“From the initial contact through to the return, across the entire width of the UK, of my late brother's ashes, the service provided by Pure Cremations has been sensitively handled. “The people at pure cremation were everything we needed at a very difficult time. All of the staff were very empathetic and friendly whenever we needed them. All requirements were discussed and a date plan was implemented. All these dates were met exactly planned. Our loved ones remains were delivered to our home as promised enabling us to arrange for internment with his mum and dad. I would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people. THANK YOU”

“The service we recently received after the passing of my dad has been exceptional. From the first call to receive our dads ashes we have been kept upto date all the way through with regular calls. Everyone we have dealt with have been compassionate and empathetic and made a very difficult time easier to deal with. Thankyou from Thomas Mcnairs family”

“i set up a cremation for my sister. M y sister has now passed away. My sister was in a care home the staff at the home notifefied Pure Cremations on my behalf making her passing easyer to cope with. Pure Cremation have only spoken to me reference any special requests and to advise me of delivery of ashes. I must thank Pure Cremations for their understanding during this time.”

“Pure Cremation are very professional & caring. The team actually call you back when they say they are going to & make a very difficult time that bit easier as they do all the work & explain things so clearly. Even handing over the ashes of loved ones is so caring.. not rushed & Ian takes time to chat & show respect for your loved ones. We have used Pure Cremation twice in less than a year after losing our Dad last year & our Mum this year. Would definitely recommend highly.”

“From initial contact with Pure Cremation to receiving the ashes, everything was done with due care and profession. At each stage we were up dated on progress by a person by phone and assured if we wanted any other concerns to contact them.”

“We had no idea that we would do a pure cremation but upon the sudden death of my father in law it seemed the appropriate thing to do. The staff on the phone were very respectful of our loss and most helpful although we had not arranged a pre paid service. They kept us in touch with proceedings and dates that he would be cremated. The ashes were returned within 14 days, with and arranged time. All in all we were very happy with the service.”

“I have found Pure cremation in this time of sadness been very good. Every time we communicated the team were helpful and always apologised if something was delayed. I can’t say thank you enough to all of the team. The gentleman who delivered the ashes was equally helpful and calm. I would like to thank you all for making this so simple and I have my dad with me where he belongs. Thank you”

“Ok here goes ,I was told by one member of staff you work 7 11. Then another time , delivery of the remains can take 21 days . I don't think that's good enough,on my opinion. I thought 2 or 3 days. I wasn't happy. The staff all were very professional kind considerate thanks very much for that. The holding musci isn't appropriate ENA WATER MUSIC MUCH BETTER. PEOPLE ARE VERY UPSET AS THE TIME OF PASSING. THAT MUSIC ISNT RIGHT THATS THE TRUTH SORRY”

“From start to finish the staff at pure cremation made a sad time in life very easy to do my mother wanted no fuzz and pure cremation delivered that with care and help me through the process I definitely would recommend them and already have to a few of my friends and some I don't like lol 🤣.”

“When my mother requested Pure Cremations, I was honestly upset, I thought I wouldn't have a chance to say goodbye properly, I thought my mother would be taken away to a crematorium and then posted back. I couldn't have been more wrong! From the very first phone call to them, I was treated with empathy, respect and dignity, at every single stage, from the collection of my mother to her ashes being brought home, by a very attuned gentlemen.
