“Thank you for an absolutely seamless service Your kind , professional staff are a credit to Pure Cremation My mother was elderly and had been poorly for some time , she passed away in hospital and was collected and looked after by yourselves I was informed about what was happening every step of the way Pure Cremation suited our familys needs A brilliant experience, from initial phone call until I received her ashes last week The gentleman who brought them to me was so lovely and helpful and arrived exactly on time Thank you for your support at a difficult time”

“As the executor to my mother in law’s estate, she expressed that she didn’t want a funeral, only a cremation, in with her will was the leaflet for pure cremation Ltd, I contacted them by phone, they explained the procedure and offered to send me the details, no hard sell tactics, from that moment on they guided me and kept me informed of each stage of the procedure. I can’t thank or recommend them enough, their efficiency allowed me to concentrate on the other issues I had to deal with.”

“From start to finish pure cremation was compassionate and caring. Conner kept me informed of every step. My husband was cremated 27/6/23 and was brought home to me 29/6/23. Even the drivers who brought my husband was so caring and gave me a hug when I got emotional.THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU”

“We chose Pure Cremation because the family wanted a smaller Family Service followed by the Interment of Ashes at a small church that is special to Mavis and her Husband. The service that they provided was excellent and their support and contact throughout the time was second to none. My Wife and I would highly recommend Pure Cremation as a modern alternative to the traditional type. Having Mavis brought back to us was a final special task. Thankyou very much and best wishes. “Geoff and I were so grateful for the excellent care we received from Kirsty also the man who delivered our daughter, Marilla's ashes. Considerate, caring and thoughtful. “It was a sudden passing and because I already have a plan with Pure Cremations I rang them the day after the death of my brother. From then on I could go ahead with all the other issues related to a sudden death leaving the actual cremation in their hands. It was seamless. They are a caring, efficient company and I am so happy I have my plan and know that my family can rely on them when the time comes.”
