“The whole experience was respectful and hassle free. All staff were thoughtful and considerate. We were kept informed every step of the way. I felt this had been the right choice for us and we were able to celebrate the life of our loved one in our own time and own way.”

“Overwhelmed with support and kindness. The phone call to pure cremation after mum had passed away was handled with so much respect. Mum was picked up within 4 hours and taken to pure cremation Cheshire I felt mum was at rest. I had a call a few days later advising me I had a personal care support. I was notified of everything which put my mind at rest. After mums cremation Brook brought mum home. On top of the box is a stone that mum held in her hand during the cremation. I now have something so special and pure cremation gave that to me. I’m so pleased the choice we made I can highly recommend this service and intend to sign myself up. Thank you”

“Great service all round, they were very respectful when dealing with my dad's remains, and due to my mum not being computer savvy they offered to send everything we needed via post (which did slow things down a little). It's also worth mentioning that my mum has also taken out a policy with Pure Cremation.”

“We did not have a plan in place but that was not a problem. The service and staff were efficient, professional and very caring, cannot fault the staff or service. We received regular updates by telephone and email.”

“Hi I could not have imagined that when my mum passed that the team at Pure Cremation would go above and beyond for her when they came to pick her up from home the team spoke to her introducing themselves and telling her everything they would be doing then supported me through this process to asking also about her favourite music so they could play it for her on the way to the resting place I also had a special lady called Pam who rang and kept me informed about everything that would be happening and always asked if I was okay or had any questions and then another special lady named Helen brought my mum home and explained what the paperwork was and everything they are absolutely amazing people I will be doing pure cremation myself when it’s my turn I can’t thank Pure Cremation enough for all they did for my mum”

“So pleased and thankful that my mother was happy for us to use Pure Cremation for her committal. I can’t say how much this helped at such an awful time. I recently had to make funeral agreements for her partner and I really don’t think that I could’ve gone though that again for my mum. The team were always helpful, caring, considerate and supportive from start to finish, through arranging collection and personally returning her ashes back (which was a 2 hour drive for the lady). My mum would be very happy as well that she was returned to her family in a lovely urn decorated with blue skies and flowers. Communication brilliant and empathetic. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.”
