“The service was very good with one exception the initial contact on the night my husband died I found the caller very unsympathetic and asked a lot of questions which could be asked later but the rest was very good”

“I would like to thank you Pure Cremation following the recent death of my husband. Everything was managed with compassion, empathy and understanding, patience too. You supported me through the whole process and kept me updated with every step. At such a difficult and sad time you helped to make this process as manageable as possible, always with kindness and respect and I thank you and all your team for this.”

“I could not have asked for anything more. From the original telephone conversation to make arrangements for my late mother who had recently passed away I was dealt with by all the staff with great compassion and professionalism. I was kept fully informed as to every step of the process. I would particularly like to pass on my sincere thanks to Ryan, who returned my mother's ashes to me. He was so helpful and handled what was a very sensitive interaction with great respect and professionalism. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pure Cremations and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you”

“Easy to book in when Mum passed, process nice and simple. Phoned by a personal contact, which was fine, but I never spoke to him again. Took longer than I expected, but that's just modern Britain for you. I had to call them to check when they had collected, rather than them calling me, which was what they said they'd do. Very good service other than that.”

“Like so many this is a new experience for me . From my first phone call to receiving my late wife’s ashes I was kept informed. I would like to give a special thank you to the young lady who returned the ashes such a difficult job but carried out with so much decorum. I would sincerely thank all at Pure Cremation.”

“Purecremation have been absolutely brilliant from day one. Very courteous and caring service. Even when my dad's ashes were delivered back to my sister's they took the time to sit with her and comfort her. They made the whole sad process easy on both of us”
