“Both ladies I spoke to were amazing, so respectful and empathetic at such a difficult time. Everything was dealt with quickly and with no problems. So pleased that my dad (and mum) arranged their plans with Pure Cremation. I can't recommend them enough”

“I can’t recommend or thank Pure Cremation enough for the way they handled my mums cremation from my first call to Lisa, who was fantastic, kind, caring, emphatic and helped us create the moment we needed right through to the colleagues on the day to went above and beyond to the lovely man who brought my mum back to us. “I’d never heard of Pure Cremation until my parents called a few months ago to say that they had both signed up. Sadly my father passed last month, the whole process of my fathers cremation was so easy and done with compassion - would highly recommend”

“When I read the fantastic reviews I thought that they were exaggerated but how wrong I was, from first contact to the arrival of my mothers ashes they were so sensitive and attentive they took away all the stress and anxiety by organising everything I would without hesitation recommend them to everyone Thank you all so very much for all your help and support James Glover”

“We chose pure cremation for my mum as that was what she said she wanted, great customer service from start to finish, my sister lives in America and wanted to take a small portion of mums ashes home with her, for just a little extra charge pure cremation were able to prepare an extra little urn along with certificate so she would be able to get mum through customs, the date we were given for mums return was after my sister would have had to return home, after a short conversation with pure cremation they managed to change the date so it was possible for my sister to take mum some of mum home with her, they go above and beyond not only for the person in their care but also for the family, I can’t thank them enough, by knowing my mum was safe in their hands made this awful experience about easier for us to bare, thank you to everyone involved from start to finish, I will definitely recommend”

“Got delivery address of ashes wrong and no tracking details or correspondence on the day of delivery. No apology offered. Wouldn't recommend.”

“I didn't know what to expect when I arranged a pure cremation for my brother, but from start to finish everyone i have been in contact with have been amazing. So compassionate, sincere & sensitive to our sudden bereavement. I was kept upto date with everything that was happening. The young girl who delivered my brothers ashes was lovely, ready at hand to give me a hug when I got a bit emotional. She was certainly made for this job. So, on behalf of my family & myself thank you so much ”
