I was very happy with the way my sister cremation went with pure cremation very respectful and kind it went well and now my sister is at home with me until we have a fitting wake for her thank you pure ,šŸ‘Œ

My brother John had a pure cremation in place and from the vert first contact to inform them of my brothers passing I have to say absolutely professional service everyone I dealt with were just so nice it made dealing with everything so easy was kept up to date with all that was going .. I couldn't wish for a better service from Pur Cremation .. about 5 others within our family have chosen Pure Cremation as the way we wish to be taken care of when our time comes to an end. Thank you .

Very helpful and patient. It took away alot of worry and stress by not having a funeral. They delivered my father's ashes by hand and even offered to place it anywhere in my home of choice. They kept me updated when they were going to collect t my father's body and when he was due to be cremated. They also said if I needed to speak to anyone about anything just contact them. I cannot fault pure cremation. From the first moment I needed to use their services, to care for my late parent, they have been very attentive. They regularly kept in touch to let me know exactly what would be happening next. I am so pleased I chose this service and feel assured, that, when my other parent needs their services, they will be in excellent hands.

Very organised and sympathetic help when a friend died who had an arrangement with Pure Cremation. All went smoothly, it was good to be told the day of the cremation so we could think of our friend on the day.

I found the whole process very easy, my wife died at about 02.30 on a Saturday morning in her Nursing Home, by the time I returned home at 04.10 my phone was ringing with a member of staff informing me of how and when things would progress. I was kept informed all the time of what was happening and the staff were always caring and respectful, especially the man who returned my wife's ashes to our home. I would certainly recommend Pure Cremations to anyone, and I will be making arrangements for myself in the very near future.

My partner was cared for and recently cremated with Pure Cremation and I could not have asked for a more caring, respectful and kind team. I was kept up to date about everything and the lady in charge of him rang me and gave me her special number and said I could call her any time if I felt I needed to have a chat. I have already recommended to a friend who has now organised his own funeral plan with Pure and his partner has said she intends to do the same.

My father was promised some sort of ā€˜utopia’ in which he died one day and was cremated the next with ashes being returned the next day. This was a very long a difficult process for us as a family. I am aware that we had to wait for the death certificate. However, my Father died 29th January and was eventually cremated 18th February. When I received the phone call informing me of this date, I asked for the time of cremation, even just morning or afternoon. I was told (and I quote) ā€˜I’m sorry I am unable to tell you the time, it all depends what time they can slot him in’ !!! What an appalling phrase - slot him in!!! I can’t get it out of my head! It’s a phrase that will stay with me forever. I was assigned a female as a point of contact, yet every phone call was from a different person. On the first phone call, I informed the first person that he was never referred to as Raymond, but went as Ray. Yet every subsequent person called him Raymond! His ashes were finally returned to me on 3rd March, two weeks after he was cremated. The gentleman who returned his ashes was very kind and appropriate. Your advertisements on TV actually state that there’s no hassle for the family, but for my family it has been a painful limbo of lack of care and for me, a feeling of taking an old man’s money and not caring what happens afterwards. I am a retired Church Minister and have never seen such shoddy work in all my years of burying the dead. At least the family are given a time for cremation and then the ashes are returned within two days. To be honest I am open with my opinion on Pure Cremation - even our pets have better treatment options when they die! I could never recommend such an inhumane uncaring system.

Pure Cremation kept me informed all throughout the process and with the final step hand delivered my mothers ashes to my house, very polite and respectful, cannot fault them.

Everyone I dealt with at PureCremations was really great, from the first phone call to the delivery of my father’s ashes. It was a straightforward process in a very difficult time, and the customer service was wonderful. They really looked after us. Thank you šŸ™

Alot of information required at the time of booking the actual pick up of the deceased led to believe all we needed was code and postcode so found this very stressful at the time

I very recently became a customer of Pure Cremations. I spoke to a very lovely man (Bradley Smith) Who delivered excellent customer service. He listened and answered all my queries. I personally thought the one off payment was best for me and found the price very reasonable. It feels good to have this all in place. I can highly recommend Pure Cremation. Thank you Bradley.
