“i took a plan out from pure cremation then i also took one out for my wife the one from my wife should have come with a £100 gift voucher, i filled the required information to receive the gift voucher but still have not received it ....... is this a con.”

“My wife opted for Pure Cremation two years ago. My family and I were of two minds as it is a departure from the conventional process of cremation. However, after her death, we couldn't fault the way Pure Cremation handled things. We rang Pure Cremation soon after the event and were dealt with very efficiently even though there were various legal and official items to complete. Two ladies arrived later the same day to take my wife away. They were sympathetic and considerate. The unattended cremation was about two weeks later and another kind sympathetic lady delivered her ashes. As I said, despite our initial reservations, we were completely satisfied with how Pure Cremation handled things.”

“Pure Cremation were sensitive, kind, caring and professional from beginning to end. The whole process was very easy to negotiate. Everything happened efficiently and exactly when I was told it would. The ashes were returned to me quickly and the gentleman who returned them was very kind and sat and chatted for a while.”

“Purely from the perspective of a relative of the deceased who needed to contact Pure Cremation for the cremation, the whole process was very easy, and was conducted with utmost professionalism. Our contact at your firm, Danielle, was extremely helpful, kind and considerate. She was sensitive to our grief and gently steered us through the necessary information gathering. She kept us informed at every step of the way and coped well with change of contact as the original designated person wasn’t up to dealing with these details and I had to step back from receiving our mother’s ashes as I had to return home to Canada. Thank you for the great service”

“Wonderful service from all team members of pure Cremation. They kept me well informed, I had phone calls when my mother was picked up, again when she arrived in their care, the time and date of when she was cremated and several phone calls of when she was on her way back to me. Ashes arrived in a beautiful biodegradable box and it also had a ceramic disc with her cremation number and certificate. Best decision ever to use them, dignified and everyone involved was so respectable. It certainly took away the stress and upset of arranging a formal Cremation and trying to please all family with dates. Highly recommend using this company for your loved ones when they pass.”
