“From the first call and paying to the return of the ashes it was a comforting to get instant answers from a contactable company. Not one problem or delay. I wish other companies would take note!!!”

“From start to finish the team were professional and respectful. I cannot fault the service at all. They kept me up to date at all times. Pat who delivered the ashes back was very respectful and professional and friendly. Excellent service. Very happy customer regarding my father’s death.”

“So pleased and thankful that my mother was happy for us to use Pure Cremation for her committal. I can’t say how much this helped at such an awful time. I recently had to make funeral agreements for her partner and I really don’t think that I could’ve gone though that again for my mum. The team were always helpful, caring, considerate and supportive from start to finish, through arranging collection and personally returning her ashes back (which was a 2 hour drive for the lady). My mum would be very happy as well that she was returned to her family in a lovely urn decorated with blue skies and flowers. Communication brilliant and empathetic. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.”

“Following the recent passing of my wife, which was was unexpected, I had need to arrange her funeral. We had discussed this eventuality some time before and we had chosen to use Pure Cremation. I called on the day of my wifes' passing and within a short time, the necessary paperwork and payment was completed. The call was handled in a very professional and sympathetic manner. Following this call, Pure Cremation took over the whole process, which allowed me to continue with the myriad other arrangements following a death. I was kept informed regularly of the process, up to the personal delivery of my wifes' ashes. The staff were excellent throughout and I cannot praise them enough for the way in which they handled the whole process. I will be making arrangements with Pure Cremations to handle my affairs when the time comes and would recommend them unreservedly.”

“My mum took out a Pure Cremation plan a few years ago. She passed away on 4th Mayv2026. Pure Cremation collected my mum, they let me know everything that was going to happen. The cremation took place on 23rd May 2026, and her ashes returned to me on 3rd June 2026. I was treated with great sympathy and courtesy every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation to deal with a loved one's passing”

“The whole process is outstanding, the staff I dealt with were amazing! No question was unanswered or “silly” to them, They showed empathy to myself and mum. The ashes were hand delivered back with such care the whole experience was just amazing in a professional and respectful way.”

“Couldn't recommend highly enough from first phone call to return of ashes they were with you all the way ,my partner died suddenly and not expected at all, so I was all over the place wondering how I was going to.manage a funeral. Pure creamation being a creamation without a service bothered me a bit ,but it was no hassle at all, I was kept informed every step of the way.This is the way funerals will go , no rushed service with the next one waiting on you coming out, I could have a gathering that suited family and celebrate his life ,”

“Very efficient and handled nicely. We attended the committal so hired a room at the venue, comfortable room and suited us to say our goodbyes, we took our extremely well behaved dog with us as was fitting as it was her owner too. Nice venue and well handled. The ashes were returned on time and in a pleasant way. My daughter looked online to purchase for herself and husband as she thought it was well done, only thing it seemed from her initial look that it was now cheaper than when we purchased the plans in 2020 which seemed odd”

“i took a plan out from pure cremation then i also took one out for my wife the one from my wife should have come with a £100 gift voucher, i filled the required information to receive the gift voucher but still have not received it ....... is this a con.”
