“My mum paid for her cremation and very soon after sadly died. They have been totally amazing. Communication excellent and so kind and professional. I have recommended you to many friends. Even down to the delivery of Mum’s ashes so impressed with the care and service. Many thanks for this at a difficult time.”

“Nathan at Pure Cremation organised my husband’s cremation. He was clear, polite and professional and confirmed all of the details with empathy. Everything took place exactly as Nathan described, and I was kept updated throughout the process. My husband’s ashes were returned to me by Christine, a lovely lady who called to advise her arrival time. Once again, Christine was empathetic, courteous and professional, and stayed for a chat after handing over the ashes. I would recommend Pure Cremation to everyone, as they made a traumatic time much more bearable.”

“Caught on the hop as my partner died very quickly. We had talked about having a Pure Cremation but didn't get round to setting up a plan. That didn't matter as the team at Pure Cremation made it very easy for me to order the cremation and pay for it all at once. They took great care with my partner, kept me posted as to what was happening and finally returned his ashes to me with a very kind and caring courier. The Pure Cremation team were kind, caring and professional and helped me through the worst of times.”

“After my husband passed all communication with Pure Cremation was dignified and respectful. Throughout the whole process they were aware of my feelings. I trusted them completely to handle everything and his ashes were returned to me as promised.”

“From the start of the process when my wife and myself decided to take out a Pure Cremation plan we were treated with courtesy and respect. My wife died recently and her body was collected and dealt with professionally. I was kept informed at each stage of her journey throughout until her ashes were returned to me. Pure Cremation delivered a service that was out.”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Pure Cremation service from when my Mum first told me she had set it all up. I thought it was a bit strange that she didn’t want anyone around her when that time came. I can honestly say though that the service has been excellent since the beginning. I first spoke to Debbie and she was amazing, 🤩 t was something I didn’t think I would have to be speaking to someone on the phone about but Debbie was very calm and very sympathetic, like she knew what I was going through and needed to say, so Debbie Walkinshaw should be commended for her excellent customer service. I have been notified all the way through from start to end. Even when the lady that returned my Mums ashes came to my house (beautifully may I add) just added that personal touch. I couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you all for everything ❤️”

“I found the initial process very sympathetic and comforting. However, the dedicated call handler didn't deliver the promises updates and I eventually had to contact Pure Cremation to find out if my mum had been collected from the hospital mortuary and whether there any updates. I was informed that my call handler was out of the office and that someone would be in touch. I was subsequently advised that my mother had been collected but the cremation date had not yet been set. I found it unsettling that it took so long to collect my mother. Other than that, I found Pure Cremation to be satisfactory.”

“The team at Pure Cremation were exactly what we needed at a challenging time. The first time we have had to endure loss like this and Pure Cremation made it as smooth as it could be. Understanding, compassionate and informative. They called back when they said they would, answered questions in a timely manner and with easier to follow guidelines. “Pure cremation have been amazing. My mum chose pure cremation. They have been so thoughtful, caring phoning me with everything with my mum. From being picked to when she was cremated. Also they they were doing courtesy calls to see how we all were. When the bought my mum back home. The staff were amazing and very respectful and were never in a rush. They took there time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. I will highly recommend pure cremation. My mum had made us all the stress free. Thank you to all your staff for your kindness and empathy towards my family.”

“From the first to last contact with staff at Pure Cremation they were respectful, extremely kind and efficient. They advised my husband as to where and when the commital of his Dad would take place and when we could expect him to be returned home. Dad was hand delivered home and the representative attending our home couldn't have been more polite. He offered his sincere condolences to the family and fully explained the process of laying Dad to rest, which we will do in our own time followed by a celebration of his life. I couldn't praise Pure Cremation enough for their service and would highly recommend them if you want a no fuss and fair priced service. Dad was not a religious man, it was what he wanted and we were glad that Pure Cremation could serve him. The only thing we would have appreciated as a family was an approximate time of the commital (either am or pm) so that we could raise a glass to Dad in rememberance. Thank you for all that you have done.”
