“All went very smoothly. Pure creation were easy to talk to at a very difficult time. The people who came to collect my relative were patient and kind. All communication about the return of ashes was clear and efficient. I would highly recommend.”

“I found Pure Cremation to be stress a free way to say goodbuy to my loved one, In the knowledge that she was treated with the upmost respect. Having to go through two traditional funerals in the last three years one of which was my own daughter the thought of going through that again would have been a painful experience, Pure Cremation took that stress away. Plus all the people I spoke with were very sympathetic and understanding”

“From the beginning to completion,I was informed every step of the way by courteous and sympathetic ladies,and the lady who delivered the ashes had the time to console me and offer support and suggestions. i cannot recommend them enough.”

“Very helpful and respectful, kept us informed throughout. When they came to collect my father who died at home they were very respectful. When they brought my father's ashes home they kept us informed as when they would be arriving and again he was treated with respect. From the people in the office to the gentleman who collected him and the young lady who brought him home you couldn't have asked for better.”

“Very careing .very understanding. Helpful at a time I could not think straight I didn't know what I was doing .. they made me feel Rest assured that pure cremations would do a lovely job for me an mum . mum's ashes are at home with me now and I can't thank pure cremations enough. .. and I do emphasise that thank you very much x”

“At the hardest and most heartbreaking time of your life the staff were absolutely incredible. Spoke very quietly and slowly so I could take in what Tia was saying. They looked after my dad and kept me informed every step. Dad was brought back to me with dignity and respect. Thankyou to all of the staff involved in looking after my dad.”

“Pure cremation collected my husband in a caring and considerate fashion. They kept me informed at all times And returned him to me without delay. It was my husbands wishes that they be used and booked one for me as well. I have every faith that I will be looked after in the same way and my children won't have to go through a regular funeral.”

“My dad had set up a pre-paid funeral plan with another provider which he then switched to Pure Cremation. The process of setting up the plan was as straightforward as it could possibly have been. He sadly passed away last month and as a relative, I cannot find a single fault in any aspect of the service Pure Cremation provided, at what was a difficult time. The staff and warm, kind and respectful when dealing with them over the phone. The courier who returned his ashes was brilliant, despite going to the wrong address initially (which is easy to do as both sides of my road have different street addresses and the door numbers are opposite each other). I have absolutely no hesitation in clicking five stars.”

“After my mum passed away at home she was promptly picked up by two lovely, reassuring professional people. Over the next two weeks we spoke a few times over the phone and were in formed of her date of cremation. Her ashes were returned to my home on an arranged date. The whole team made this very sad occasion more manageable than we ever expected. A very big thank you them all.”

“A fantastic service from start to finish, cannot praise them enough for every step of the process. I luckily organised my mums cremation just before she died and so glad she chose this company, I will likely do the same and my husband as it has shown to be so professional, organised, smooth to deal with and as nice a process as it could have been in the circumstances.”
