“I felt that everything was handled with sympathy and dignity. I wes kept informed throughout the process and the people I spoke to were very understanding and friendly. They were just what was needed in these difficult times.”

“Pure Cremation were fabulous in what was a very sad, traumatic experience for me. They were so lovely on the phone and explained clearly and calmly the next steps in the process and gave a timeline. Everyone that I had contact with, whether on the phone, or in person when my husband's ashes were returned home, were so genuine and comforting. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“Mum's decision to use Pure Cremation was primarily based upon her wish for my brother and I not to have to worry about arranging a funeral. I would have to say that Pure were truly excellent from start to finish when mum died, from the first call to them when I advised them of mums death to the delivery of her ashes. Pure ask at the outset exactly how often you want to be updated during the process and they were good to their word throughout. They were professional yet sensitive all the way through. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and will continually do so.”

“I dealt with Pure following my dads wishes. From the first interaction the staff provided a caring and outstanding service. They made everything clear and simple even setting up a password for ease of interaction. I was kept updated regularly and treated with care and compassion. “I felt confident my loved one would be treated with care & dignity from the person on the phone to the persons that collected her. To the young lady who kept me informed right to the young man who returned her ashes . Thank you all . I have no concerns that when my time comes I will be treated the same .”
