“I can only thank Pure Cremation for there understanding and professionalism at a time which for me was the worse time of my life. After losing my wife who had, had a long battle with cancer. I was distraught and literally in pieces. There bereavement personel I found were excelent and helped me get through the process.”

“I was so impressed with the service from Pure Cremation. My mum was very special and they took very special care of her from collecting her from hospital right up to returning her ashes to me by the lovely Helen who is a credit to Pure Cremation. I will soon be making my own arrangements with this very caring professional company.”

“A very caring and professional company - always ready to help and lend support. I felt that my mum was well cared for and respected throughout the whole very diginified process. It was such a relief that Pure Cremation took care of everything at a difficult time and it was one less aspect to have to deal withafter the death of a loved one. They were always so helpful and kept me informed, respecting my wishes, throughout the whole process.”

“Absolutely appalling service,not one person contacted me with any updates.we had to ring you.you asked me if the ashes team had been in contact,which I replied No, you where going to send the ashes back a month later,I told you this service wasn't good enough.then you rang me back and told me they will be returned the next day,she died on the 17th of February and the committal wasn't until the 16th of March.How can any family grieve and give there last respects to a love one when there is no correspondence from you at all.i will be seeking compensation and a solicitor will be informed. MR MARK WHARTON”

“From the first phone call I had with pure cremation, I could not fault anything. They were very sympathetic towards myself, they arranged everything with professionalism. I had the return of my husbands ashes arranged by their courier, and the lady explained everything when she came round. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“My mother in law has recently passed away luckily for us she had a pure cremation plan which was a massive help to us , one less thing to deal with. Everyone at pure cremation have been very kind and helpful.”
