“Very simple and easy to deal with in such a traumatic time. All staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and explained what would happen when and kept me in the loop of what was happening.”

“I got my son’s ashes back yesterday from a very caring kind person. I cannot fault them whatsoever. He is now in is bedroom again. The very kind lady who looked after me during is resting made me feel, my son was being looked after. They did everything I asked and it’s exactly how we wanted it.I knew he was being cared for and Thankyou so much for fetching him home for Xmas with us. Xxxxxx”

“The ashes took a long time to come back, we were told it was local but it wasn’t and we had to chase communication which made it quite a stressful experience. It wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be and took a month and a half to finish the process”

“Was told they would phone me the day before with a time of return of my mother's ashes. Instead they sent a(TEXT MESSAGE) with a 3 hour time slot. Uncaring & rude.”

“When my mum was diagnosed with a terminal illness, we talked about what she would like to happen after her death. She didn’t want a fuss or a funeral service. She liked the sound of Pure Cremation, but did not feel ready to pre-purchase a plan. She died at her home and having no prior experience of what to do when someone dies, I phoned Pure Cremation. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and all the arrangements, including payment, were handled sensitively, over the phone, with email follow up. This high quality of care continued throughout. The gentlemen who collected mum were warm, polite and respectful and she left the house with dignity. There was a slight delay with the date of the cremation, as Pure Cremation did not receive some paperwork from the GP on time. However, I was kept fully informed and everyone I spoke to was kind as well as professional. I was able to arrange for mum’s ashes to be delivered to her home at a time when I could be there to support my dad. The lady who did this was caring and compassionate towards us both and took time to explain the paperwork that came with mum’s remains. Mum wanted her ashes scattering with other family members at a local cemetery. The certificate that came from Pure Cremation enabled this to be booked with ease. The member of staff from the cemetery who accompanied us commented positively on the practical design of the urn that enabled mum’s ashes to easily be scattered directly from it. Based on this experience all of my family have said that they would use Pure Cremation. Although it is a large company there are lots of personal touches and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.”

“My experience with Pure Cremation was faultless considering the circumstances.. All the staff were helpful , caring and professional.. I would like to thank especially Kingsley who has been really so wonderful in helping me going through this terrible ordeal which is the passing away of someone you have loved so dearly all your life which is my darling mother..
