“From the first phone call I had with pure cremation, I could not fault anything. They were very sympathetic towards myself, they arranged everything with professionalism. I had the return of my husbands ashes arranged by their courier, and the lady explained everything when she came round. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“My mother in law has recently passed away luckily for us she had a pure cremation plan which was a massive help to us , one less thing to deal with. Everyone at pure cremation have been very kind and helpful.”

“My late father had chosen Pure Cremation as his funeral plan. I was not sure at first, as I have only ever been to "normal" funerals. But I have to say, that have been excellent. They have been polite, caring and very helpful. They have taken a lot of the stress away from having to arrange funeral plans, and have kept me informed every step of the way. Was very impressed with the kindness of the hand delivered services of my late fathers ashes. I can highly recommend them”

“When I first called Pure Cremation it was after my brother had unexpectedly passed away. He had already purchased a plan with Pure Cremation. I was not impressed with the man I spoke to. He didn’t appear to be interested, didn’t offer condolences. But, when I rang again, and all subsequent calls to and from were answered respectfully, kindly, with knowledge and understanding. I felt very reassured to go ahead and let my brother have the service that he had chosen. I was informed at all times of what was happening, when my brother was picked up and taken into Pure Cremations care, and the date of his service. I was informed when he would be returned to me. The gentleman that brought my brother to me was very respectful, sincere and kind. He explained everything with care. I am grateful to Pure Cremation for their kindness, and professional.”
