“From the very beginning staff were very efficient and understanding especially Beth Bolan (sorry if I misspelt the surname). There were a couple of hiccups along the way (not from Pure but from the hospital and Registry office), but it was sorted very quickly and I was kept up to date on a regular basis. The lad who returned the ashes was a very nice young man (!!) who was quiet and respectful. I will be booking my own slot soon with Pure and have recommended them already to quite a few people. Very happy with the whole experience.”

“This is the second time I have arranged for Pure Cremation to take care of a loved one. It's hassle-free, dealt with very sensitively and takes all the stress out of caring for a family member after they have passed. Would highly recommend. “I really dont know how to express the kindness and sympathy by all the staff at pure cremation from start to finish it was a very difficult time for the family and i felt so reassured from the first phone call thankyou so much and for caring”

“When my mum passed, we knew that she wanted a Pure Cremation style cremation and so, when we couldn’t find any paperwork for a policy, we called them directly to ask if she had one. She didn’t but they were able to set one up for us there and then and arranged for Funeral Directors to come and collect her body within a few hours. As she had passed at home, this really helped us with a situation we were not really sure on how to deal with. The contact we had was always very efficient, we had one minor issue as I had also requested that my sister be able to discuss the plan but when she called to provide death certificate information, she was refused. This was a little inconvenient but soon sorted. We were informed of a date of cremation but no time - we chose to mark the date and we chose our own time and we were able to have a small gathering of remembrance at my mums house on the day, it felt less pressurised and more personal than a formal funeral. We again had a small issue with the ashes being returned but it was soon sorted out, I had requested that they contact my stepdad as I was out of the country but they called me to provide timings, I was able to pass the message on but it was still a breakdown in communication. Overall, the service was very good, very respectful and also very quick and efficient.”

“We had a pure cremation in place for my dad . The whole team were professional, kind , friendly , respectful , supportive and caring . Couldn’t ask for a better service . When dads ashes were returned to me the young lady was so sweet and genuinely showed a caring attitude towards me . Would highly recommend this service . Thank you Pure Cremation”

“The pre arrangement was excellent with a singular voice assigned to communication. However, after collection of the body until committal communication was reactive and by anyone. The delivery of the ashes restored the order and compassion of the arrangement.”

“Pure Cremation were able to take the worry off of my shoulders in helping with Dads cremation and returning his remains in short order.
