“Have used pure cremation twice now I was kept up together all the way through very professional and helpful . Today Ryan returned my husbands ashes. Very polite. And helpful , we’ve all got terrible colds and coughs so he was unable to come in for a cuppa”

“After a sudden passing of my stepfather the whole process from contact to receiving his ashes was incredible. So very polite and courteous. We were updated at every step on what was happening. Both my mother and I are considering getting a pure cremation now. The experience albeit sad was so professional. 🙏 thank you.”

“I felt reassured and informed every step of the way. I found everyone empathetic and friendly. Mum was thinking of me always and even to the end she wanted something simple which would take away the stress and strain. Pure Cremation was superb and Mum can rest assured knowing she did the best by her family. Now all we will need to do is celebrate and honour her in a joyous way. If you are considering it an option, i would highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“The process was very slick whilst been respectful, I didn't get all of the agreed updates during the process, however this did not impact me in any way. On the "bits that mattered" Pure Cremation did everything they were contracted to do!”

“My mother arranged for Pure Cremations to deal with her wishes after she had passed. Pure Cremations were excellent in every way. Dignity and compassion Faultless service throughout. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want the hassle of a regular Cremation. It worked for us..”

“Everything went very well, the service was very good,polite and on time,at every part of the process, the only one criticism I will say about would be, when I had to explain my late mothers details, it sounded like a very busy call centre, which was distressing a very.short time after my mother had passed .”

“Pure Cremation has dealt with my Dad in 2021 and my Mum last week March the 5th 2026. Pure Cremation nade everything so easy and took alot off my hands regarding paperwork. You get a dedicated person that deals with you directly. I had an attended gathering with 12 oeople and chose 3 pieces of music. It was such a lovely day and could not have wished for better for Mum and just knew that is what she wanted. I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation.”

“From the very start the staff at Pure Cremations were very professional, understanding and sympathetic, nothing was too much trouble for them.
