“My husband researched and took out a plan a couple of years ago with Pure Cremation as he did not want the fuss of a traditional funeral for the family. It would not have been my first choice but we wanted to respect his wishes. My husband sadly passed away in April, at which point I re read the literature and contacted Pure Cremation. The process was very simple. For me it was the in person staff who collected my husband and later returned his ashes that made the difference. From start to finish, Pure Cremation delivered a professional, empathetic and caring service as promised. Thank you.”

“This was my first experience of a “non-funeral”. We had a “proper” or “traditional” funeral for my Dad but my Mum requested and organised this simpler approach. And I really didn’t know what to expect. What I can say is that Pure Cremation have been excellent from the start. From the day Mum passed away everyone was caring, understanding, talked me through the process, organised everything and kept in touch with me throughout. Nothing felt impersonal or like a call centre. This continued right up to the time Steve delivered Mum’s ashes to me. He couldn’t have been nicer. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team who made an already difficult time as stress free as it could be. Thank you to you all.”

“My wife and I both took out plans with Pure Cremation several years ago because having had to arrange funerals for other family members we did not want to put each other or our surviving family through the ordeal or expense of a traditional funeral. My wife passed away at our local hospital in April. There were delays collecting my wife from the hospital because an appointment had to be made and a bank holiday weekend got in the way. I am not sure whether the delays were down to the hospital or Pure Cremation. You are given a 'dedicated advisor' when you first contact Pure Cremation to notify them, but in my experience who you speak to depends on who is available to take calls at the time. The telephone call handlers are very helpful and sympathetic, but on one occasion I spoke to a guy who was far too 'jolly' given the circumstances. You are given a committal date, but not a precise time which is completely understandable. I think though that it would be comforting if a call or email could happen the following day to confirm the committal has actually happened rather than having to wait for the call from the 'ashes team'. Natalie brought my wife's ashes back to me, she was really lovely and had some wise words. Thank you Natalie. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Pure Cremation. The above words are comments and not criticism.”

“Absolutely fabulous service from beginning to end, both emphatic & dignified from beginning to end. Looked after my mum superbly taking all the stress out of a distressing time. Pure provided a personal contact that I could liaise with personally Michelle she was fabulous & the gentleman that delivered mums ashes was so emphatic and professional. Would definitely recommend and will be signing up this plan for myself. Took the stress totally off me, and exactly what my mum wished for. Thanks Pure.”
