“Right from the beginning everyone who I spoke to was so lovely and helpful and updated me with everything on a weekly basis. They did a really good job in looking after my mum. The whole process was easier than I thought it would be during one of the most stressful times. Thank you to everyone at pure cremation”

“We were treated with compassion and sensitivity at every step of the process. Everything and every date was fully explained. Only reasons for not giving a 5: being put on hold whilst reporting the bereavement, the process of over the telephone questions when reporting the bereavement, and the length of time to collect my father once his death had been reported. However, all staff at every stage were great.”

“Sensitive, caring and everything handled so beautifully. From first contact, the lovely lady asked me about my wonderful sons life, let me cry when I needed to, so genuine throughout the process. My son returned to me with respect and care.”

“After a very stressful 6 months from diagnosis to her final breath I can honestly say that Pure Cremations was the smoothest part of my Mother's passing. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone considering their future arrangements for their passing. I have been to too many traditional funerals that have cost a fortune and that have seriously not matched the person whose died. Customer Service could not be faulted.”

“Overall a very good service from staff at Pure Cremations. One point marked down will be explained later. Initial contact very good with a caring and considerate staff member. Talked through every stage of what needed to be done and explained the process thoroughly. At almost each stage explained next steps with the deceased family member. We were advised date of the cremation and how long it should be before the scattering, however, there was a slight delay, which in itself is not a problem as long as this was passed on, but it was not. There was also no communication of the finalisation of the procedure. As we did not received any communication of the slight delay and scattering we were left wondering had the procedure been completed, until we chased this matter up. If these two points were advised it would allow the family to finalise the matters in their own minds. This is my only critism to a very good service.”

“Sadly I had to organise a cremation for my dad in May. The service i received from the first phone call to final attended service i did in Hampshire was outstanding. All the staff at Pure cremation showed so much compassion, professionalism and care, from the private ambulance picking my dad up from his care home, dealing with Dawn my direct contact, through to the final service and lovely Ryan hand delivering my dad's ashes back within a week. I cannot thank them enough and all their help at such a difficult time for me. Thank you Pure Cremation ❤️”

“Very professional service from start to finish. All staff were kind , caring and respectful I was kept up to date throughout the process of my loved ones cremation . Took away all the stress of arranging a funeral and allowed us to celebrate our loved one’s life at a time and in a Way that we chose . I would recommend”

“The first part of the process was professional and carried out with caring and sympathy your representative Julia Bryan really put my mother and myself at easy..I explained the deceased was my father and she referred to him as Dad. After the cremation the telephone conversation were polite and factual.And the handin over of the urn was done in a professional manner. My main concern was after the cremation your emails become cold and uncaring referring to my father by he's full name and myself . Yes technically this my be correct but at this difficult time it felt they were no longer a person but a number. Please in your literature could you put a clear picture of the urn .The side shot does not show a true representation of what was being offered.”
