“My father passed away he wanted a non attended cremation I contacted Pure Cremation by phone they were were very sympathetic on the phone All was sorted the retrieval from the morgue to reception at pure cremation We were keep up to date at all stages The date of the cremation the date of delivery of the ashes Its what my father wanted We as his children didnt like it but as i said its what our father wanted”

“Very impressed with the kind, sympathetic communications we had, particularly with Michelle over the phone. Appreciated the Personal return of our loved one’s ashes, that your representative was smartly dressed, very kind and caring. Also the lovely container in which he was returned. You won’t have known that his favourite colour was orange and his favourite place was woodland; so to receive a container with a woodland scene with autumnal looking trees was particularly poignant to us. Thank you.”

“Excellence all round. From arranging the plan to looking after mum after she passed. Compassionate, caring people who kept me informed every step of the way. Using Pure Cremation was very simple and removed any worry or stress that can be so prevalent when losing a loved one. I also was grateful to have mum's ashes hand delivered back to me.”

“When my friend passed away, I was beside myself yet as she had a cremation plan with Pure Cremation the process was hassle free and the staff were simply amazing. They were kind, considerate and no rushing when going through the questions they need to ask. Would recommend to anyone who would like a cremation without huge expenses for service”

“A direct cremation worked for our family. A few things that could have been better were that we were not informed when my dad's body was transported from hospital to your mortuary . This caused some distress. I said my preference for contact was email , to allow me to ask other family members opinions. However I was phoned first on all occasions. Lastly I think it would be more personal to refer to the deceased by their 'known as name' when given. Many thanks. Overall it was a good service.”

“From the initial phone call to the return of mums ashes, the service was outstanding. Danielle was brilliant, compassionate and an asset to the company. We were kept updated at all stages of the process, which helped immensely at this difficult time. Would definitely recommend them .”

“The undertakers that came to take my husbands body from our home were so compassionate and did it at our pace,they were a married couple and seemed to truly feel our pain.Everything that followed we were kept aware of,we knew the day of the cremation well in advance and then when the ashes were going to be returned to me,a lovely gentleman bought them to my home,he was very kind.I think it was so much more personal without all the worry of arranging a funeral,we were able to grieve privately with just the people who loved my husband,myself and my girls.No small talk to people who we hadn't seen for years,we were able to talk and laugh and cry,just us who loved Doug the most.It was as wonderful as it could possibly be.”

“Hard to write this so close to having lost dad but I felt that I must let people know just how compassionate the Pure Cremation team were! I had no experience of having to deal with a loss before but the team were outstanding, very informative and had the utmost respect for not only the family member I have lost but also me the person that was having to deal with such a heartbreaking experience.. I would recommend their service to anyone considering a cremation.”

“My sister chose Pure Cremation as her funeral. They were very professional but also compassionate about they delt with us. Communication was very good and I think they provided the service she wanted. Yes I would recommend them.”

“My mam and dad who were both 94 yrs when they passed obviously from the old generation of funerals they were so foreward thinking in their end of life and paid in advance (5 yrs) to Pure Cremation. I have nothing but "Excellent" to say for their caring service. I feel that cremations and burials are like a factory, in and out. With this service you don't have to rush and lots of time to spend time and money on a memorial service which can be any location/time to be personal about your loved ones. I have done this for both parents and this is the way forward. Many thanks for your vision and service on end of life. We have now both Albert & Sheila's ashes now and they both belong together forever. Yours gratefully Albert and Sheila Dunkerley (mam &dad) and all of our family.”
