“Pure cremation dealt with my husband’s passing with great care and sensitivity. We were consulted and kept aware of the whole process from start to finish. Any and all questions were answered with great respect and clarity. All staff were absolutely wonderful. I cannot praise them and the service enough.”

“My mum took out a Pure Cremation funeral plan several years ago. Sadly, we recently lost her and had to contact Pure Cremation to begin the process. From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional care and efficiency. The process was incredibly straightforward, and the communication from the team was outstanding throughout. At such a difficult time for our family, their support made things much more manageable and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was being taken care of with compassion and professionalism.”

“I was impressed by the service from the initial point of me contacting Pure Cremation to the receipt of my mother's ashes. The staff were always polite and professional at all times, giving you time to get yourself together if needed. They informed you of the next step in the process and did not overwhelm you with uneccessay information or questions at that time. However, they did answer any questions I had at the time. They kept in regular contact once the previous step had been completed and informing you of the next step and when it would take place. They made you feel at ease throughout, right up to the end when they hand delivered the ashes. Even at this point, they did not just hand them over to you on the doorstep but took the time to talk to make sure you were okay with receiving them. Most importantly was the fact that there was always someone answering the phone and not an automated service. I would highly recommend using Pure Cremation at this sad time. I do not want to take part and be filmed, neither do I want to be contacted by a journalist.”

“My mother purchased Pure Cremation packages for her and my Dad a few years ago and I teased her for being morbid. When Dad recently died following a long battle with Cancer, I couldn’t have been more thankful and appreciative of the service we received. At a time when your heart and world is being torn apart, having the professionalism, dignity and kindness of the Pure team there to help you through was absolutely priceless. Everyone I spoke to and met from the team was perfect for their role, I’m so glad Mum chose you.”

“Well what can I say they were amazing always friendly and compassionate, never nothing to much trouble we went with pure cremation as me and hubby have one. So did one for my mom and I'm so pleased I did its definitely the right thing to. They are wonderful and anyone who goes with you wont be disappointed at all. I've told everyone I know and loads of people are going with PURE CREMATION. So thankyou you all as the 2 girls who helped me all the way you were my rock THANKYOU.”

“Not experienced pure cremation before. To be put on hold by a ai voice and to be told im 3rd in the queue minutes after my mum had passed was very cold. It was like ringing sky tv. Wasnt told that my mum had been picked up had to find out off the nursing home. Wasnt told where my mum taken too gad to phone to ask. And it goes on. Very dissapointed.”

“Dad had expressed his wish not to have a traditional funeral as he was not religious and didn't want me to have to organise this when the time came, he was thinking about others as always. From the first contact with Julia where she explained everything clearly, to taking Dad into their care and the ashes being delivered by Ryan, everyone was very empathic and professional at all times and made the arrangements a little easier at a really difficult time. I would recommend Pure cremations if you are looking for an alternative to the traditional funeral for a reasonable price.”

“Pure Cremation were amazing I can’t thank them enough for the way they were when my mum passed .. caring and professional to the staff who answered my call to the staff who came to collect mum who were caring and treated mum with dignity and myself with empathy .. I was kept informed and after mums cremation her ashes were returned with in a week this was done personally by a member of the pure cremation team he was very respectful explaining that although my mum was back with us they were still there to support if needed. Highly recommend them”

“My aunt had a pre paid Pure Cremation plan. Ater her recent death, as her nominated representative, I was the one who had to sort everything. From the first call I made to Pure Cremation to the return of the ashes, I found the whole process very easy from start to finish. Abi was the first person I spoke to on the phone and I found her very kind and professional.She explained everything that would happen and gave me her direct number should I need anything at all. There was a slight delay due to the coroner not sending them the required paperwork immediately but they dealt with all this and kept me informed throughout. They phoned with the date of cremation as I had requested and then again with the date of the return of the ashes. They arrived hand delivered on time, nicely presented with a lovely card and useful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering this kind of funeral.”

“When our lovely mum Ellen passed we were heartbroken but Pure Cremation helped make it easier for us. Lisa was so calm and compassionate all the way through. She kept us updated every step of the way. It made the journey so easy. Then the lovely Nicola delivered mum to us and made it so special for us. Mums favourite flower was lavender and we couldn’t believe the urn came with lavender print. Feels like mum is with us. Thankyou to everyone at Pure Cremation for looking after mum so well.”

“Pure Cremation – A Truly Gentle and Loving Service for My Mum When my beautiful mum, Lilian Atkins, passed away, I was heartbroken. But from the very first moment we contacted Pure Cremation, I felt we were in safe, caring hands. They looked after Mum with such kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion — it meant more to me than words can say. We were gently guided through every step, with clear, thoughtful updates that made us feel connected to Mum’s journey. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. Every phone call, every message came with warmth and understanding — and that made all the difference. I want to say a very special thank you to Helen Ashley, the wonderful lady who brought Mum home. Helen was so gentle, respectful, and kind. She took the time to explain everything to us and treated Mum as though she were her own.
