“Can't thank all the staff at Pure Cremation enough, all were compsionate, caring , and patient, which made a difficult time a little easier , all comunication was precise and as mentioned delivered with compassion.”

“Our daughter died on 20th December, 1 call to Pure Cremation and they took care of everything. They kept us informed every step of the way. Today we have received our daughter's ashes and a kind lady named Pat bought her home. We would like to thank everyone at Pure cremation for your professional services.”

“They did not keep to their contractual obligations. I did not get my partners ashes so could not put her to rest as she would have wanted. I can't grieve properly as they have ruined my life.”

“The team at Pure Cremation could not have been better. They deal with everything so compassionately. Always considerate and helpful, doesn't matter what time of day you call them. I've dealt with them twice in two years and they have made life so much easier at such an emotional time.”

“I would highly recommend Pure Cremation, at such a difficult time when a loved one has passed away they supported us with great communication, understanding, compassion and kindness. They gave us all the information we needed at every step of the way, they always spoke about our loved one with dignity and respect. Always at the end of a phone or email and nothing was too much trouble. When our loved ones ashes were returned to us, Ian the pure cremation representative was a pleasure to welcome into our home. Ian gave us his time, his knowledge and his sympathies, a valuable member of the pure cremation team. This is the first time we have used this service and although it’s a service nobody really wants to use, myself and my family are definitely thinking of our own future plans.”

“I chose Pure Cremation for my wife for a couple of reasons, the main one being that she might outlive meand I wanted to ensure if I was not around she would be looked after. Unfortunately she passed before me but as I had opted for Pure Cremation everything was taken care of, everything they say in their brochure is correct, from the moment my wife died and the care home she was in called Pure Cremation everything worked like clockwork. Within a couple of hours of my wifes passing they were in contact with me outlaying the procedure and rough timing of events. They kept me informed and when their personnel contacted me they were always very sympatheitic and gracious. As requested they hand delivered the ashes back to me in the container in a nice bag with the official cremation documentation and a card of condolence. Excellent service, highly recommended”

“I recently lost a very dear friend, Pure Cremation were brilliant, very caring. She didn't have a service, but they let me know when she was being cremated, so I could go to her church and light a candle.”
