“When my husband passed, it could not have been easier from the start to finish. I was kept informed at every step of the way by a lovely lady called Abi who was so respectful,helpful and friendly. I also have taken out a plan too as have other members of my family .”

“From the moment I advised Pure Cremation of my wife's passing they took control of events. They eere professional, sympathetic, understanding and helpful. They kept in contact and kept me informed at every stage. Ashes were returned in the period stated. They even cancelled the direct debit to save me one more task at a very difficult time. 5 star customer service in my humble opinion.”

“My late Mother had opted to take out a Pure Cremation plan some years back. When the unfortunate time came to utilize this, the company did exactly what they outlined in the plan. All operatives that I have had contact with have been outstandingly kind, calm and efficient. A very difficult time was made easier for us, highly recommended.”

“The service and communication I received from Pure Cremation was excellent. Every member of staff I spoke to on the telephone were very helpful. The staff I met personally were very respectful and polite. All questions were answered politely and I never felt rushed. I would recommend Pure Cremation.”
