“We used this company after my dad had requested we use Pure Cremation as his funeral arrangements. My family & i can only say we were very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. First class communication throughout & everything was explained in detail, very comforting when you are grieving for a loved one. I can highly recommend P.C, & we will use them again (though hopefully not too soon) if you understand of course.”

“The initial contact and information given was very good, and very sympathetic, however follow up contact after my father’s cremation and information of his ashes scattered was absent. I had to ring them to ask what was happening. I also don’t like the what3words.com site-lure you into downloading their app”

“Everyone at Pure cremation were lovely, right from the first phone call to say our mum had passed away, to receiving our mums ashes. Kirsty was so helpful and understanding and talked me through everything and Brooke who brought our mums ashes to us was lovely and really made me at ease.”

“My beautiful mum passed await recently and she bought her plan a couple of years ago , I cannot express enough how grateful and happy I was with the service of this companion, very professional, very supportive and caring right from the initial phone call my husband made to inform them of my mums passing to them bringing her back home to me , forever grateful to pure cremation and absolutely recommend 100%.”

“This was something my husband done off his own back , I was sceptical about it , but can I say what a good choice he made. From start to finish everybody that I spoke to or rang me were very polite and courteous and the hand delivery of my husband's ashes was a really lovely and respectful experience. Thank you Pure Cremations”

“I found Pure Cremation to be a very straight forward process, this was the first time I had to deal with arranging a funeral and the process was explained to me every step of the way. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and empathetic towards me. I can not fault them at all.”

“Pure cremation was my dad’s choice and every interaction with them was thoughtful, caring & professional, Tia was my contact & she was extremely kind and considerate at a very sad time for us . “The process was easy to follow and a representative of Pure Cremation guided us through each step. When I had a question the answer was quickly found and with me. Pure Cremation was brilliant to work with, making a difficult time for the family easier with their knowledge and compassion. I am in the process of setting my funeral up as I know, when the time comes, my family will be supported as I have been.”

“When my husband passed, it could not have been easier from the start to finish. I was kept informed at every step of the way by a lovely lady called Abi who was so respectful,helpful and friendly. I also have taken out a plan too as have other members of my family .”

“From the moment I advised Pure Cremation of my wife's passing they took control of events. They eere professional, sympathetic, understanding and helpful. They kept in contact and kept me informed at every stage. Ashes were returned in the period stated. They even cancelled the direct debit to save me one more task at a very difficult time. 5 star customer service in my humble opinion.”

“My late Mother had opted to take out a Pure Cremation plan some years back. When the unfortunate time came to utilize this, the company did exactly what they outlined in the plan. All operatives that I have had contact with have been outstandingly kind, calm and efficient. A very difficult time was made easier for us, highly recommended.”

“The service and communication I received from Pure Cremation was excellent. Every member of staff I spoke to on the telephone were very helpful.
