“Fantastic service from start to finish reception staff were helpful and kept us well informed. staff who collected mum after her death were very respectful and treated mum and the family with compassion. Mums ashes were delivered back to the family in the time stated.”

“Everyone i have dealt with at Pure Cremation were very helpful and respectful. It was a hard time for our family loosing our father. They took all the stress away from us. Tge gentleman whom returned my fathers ashes was really lovely. Thank you all so much.”

“They are caring and sympathetic and a great help with all that needs to be done the men that came to collect my mum explained everything very respectful done and the lady who hand delivered mum home was lovely the box was so nice couldn't recommend them enough”

“The Pure Cremation team were respectful, sympathetic and kept me thoroughly informed as to mum's whereabouts. They delivered her ashes to my home even though it's nearly 500 miles away from where she died. This was mum's wish, not mine, and she would have been very happy with their service. For those considering it, please think it through because it does feel remote and it might not be what you want, but if it is the process you choose, Pure Cremation are to be highly recommended.”

“My experience with Pure Cremation was excellent. The staff (it was John I dealt with) were professional, and my expectations were set out and fulfilled accordingly. I could not fault them at all. I only wished that I knew the approximate time of the cremation so I could have a moment of reflection, but I am not complaining as I knew which day it was. I recommend them, and would use them again”

“My long term partner passed away last June in Turkey while I was over there my friend called them to see if they could help in anyway ... she was told all the information that I needed to know.. so when I landed back in the UK I gave them a call and they remembered my friend calling her for me.... they took over picked him up from the airport and delivered his ashes back to me ...they called me nearly every day to keep me upto date with where they was upto with the process....its so less stressful than trying to arrange everything myself.... plus it's what he wanted ...I will never forget how they treated me and my partner with so much respect and dignity”

“I was honestly very sceptical when my mum said she had arranged for pure cremation to take care of things after she passed. But I am pleased she did, this did make it so much easier with respect to arrangements, I felt so reassured by the team who looked after us, and appreciated how patient they were with me. From the very start right down to receiving mum back home it made a difference to my grieving process, allowing me not to worry about what needed to be done. I congratulate the company on their compassionate staff and hope to reassure anyone who is unsure of if this is right for them.”
