“Duriing an overwhelming and very difficult time it was a straightforward process. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful, kind and respectful. I am planning to take out a policy for myself.”

“A very easy process to sort out arranging my mothers Cremation. The guidance from Nichomas Webb, who was so curitous & kind made this less painfull than it could have been. The information was consise and straightforward. It was cost effective too.”

“Sadly my dad passed away a few weeks ago. He had already sorted out a pure cremation plan. As his next of kin, I didn’t know what to expect. I would just like to thank all the staff from the people I have spoken with on the phone, the amazing gentlemen ( explained every step and were so respectful to my dad) that came for him, and the lovely lady Nicola who safely brought him back to me. Your empathy, consideration and kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you!”

“They do everything they say they'll do. They keep in touch, answer the phone every time and talk about your loved one as if they were friends of the family. There wasn't one occasion where I had correct anything.”

“Very good service, easy to communicate with, and professional service, but rather let down at the end by the " urn " so called which resembles a plastic box used for corn flakes.”

We have carefully chosen the container for its strength, environmental credentials, and its ability to securely hold our unique ceramic identity disc. However, we completely understand that preferences can vary, and every family is welcome to send us an alternative urn—we’re always happy to place the ashes in a container of your choice prior to return. “Respectful, professional. From the beginning, only input I could give is providing a time the in day the cremation shall take place. The date is already provided but I believe an exact time would be better.”

“From start to finish I was dealt with compassion and kindness. Everything was explained clearly and slowly and repeated when my brain hadn't quite taken it in the first time. I was informed at each step of the way where my brother was, when he was being collected, where he was going and on what day he was being cremated - I was asked if I wanted to know these things first - perhaps some people would prefer not to. I had a phone call a few days in advance to arrange my brothers ashes being delivered to me. On the day I had a phone call in the morning from the lady bringing them back and giving me a time which she was spot on with. It's a bit weird not having a traditional funeral but it was what my brother wanted and it was quite personal in its own way and very stress free. I can't recommend Pure enough they were so good.”

“It was my brothers wish to have a no fuss funeral. Pure Cremation took the body for Cremation and kept us up to date with everything. They phoned to say when the committal was to be held and the date his ashes would be returned. They text with updates on the timings and he was delivered back to us, by a lady who showed empathy and kindness.”
