“I was honestly very sceptical when my mum said she had arranged for pure cremation to take care of things after she passed. But I am pleased she did, this did make it so much easier with respect to arrangements, I felt so reassured by the team who looked after us, and appreciated how patient they were with me. From the very start right down to receiving mum back home it made a difference to my grieving process, allowing me not to worry about what needed to be done. I congratulate the company on their compassionate staff and hope to reassure anyone who is unsure of if this is right for them.”

“I can't praise Pure enough. The whole experience was so well handled from start to finish. Everyone I had contact with was professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I felt so well supported and informed all the way through. This is such a good service and I am recommending it to anyone I speak to. Thank you Francisco for being an excellent communicator. It was especially nice to always deal with the same person. Also thank you to Brooke for her sensitive return of our loved ones ashes. Excellent service, thank you so much all of you.”

“I would like to say a huge thank you to Jon at pure cremation. He was very helpful and understanding in a time when things were very overwhelming. I was kept informed every step of the way and I am truly grateful. I would also like to thank Harriett from The ashes team she was so caring and supportive. She made sure I was ok and that I had someone with me on receiving my dad’s ashes. We are truly grateful for everything you all have done.”

“Pure Cremation kept me informed at all times and provided all the information required to allow my husbands transition from life until passing. They were always kind and compassionate in their dealings with my affairs at a very vulnerable time in life. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no question was too silly and was answered each time fully and to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the service I recieved and a few of my friends are going to sign up after experiencing the sensitive way in which I was treated.”

“At every stage, your colleagues at Pure Cremation were courteous and sensitive in the treatment of our family's loss of our treasured, precious husband and father. We were prompted by friends to use your caring service and I will be recommending you to anyone who expresses a wish to use a direct cremation for their own loved one.”

“The experience was excellent from beginning to end . I was made to feel that my loved one was special and that they cared about us both . The Ashes were Beautifully presented and the unexpected touch of the ceramic disc that had been placed in my loved ones hand and then inserted into the top of the Urn made everything so much more moving and special. Thank you”
