“The whole experience in dealing with Pure Cremation was so easy and straightforward. Every member of staff I dealt with was respectful, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I bought a plan for my mum in January 2025 and sadly had to use it, two months later, in March. I found the process very simple and well organised, from the collection of mum to the return of her ashes. Thank you for everything Pure Cremation.”

“We contacted Pure cremation and spoke to Lyndsey who became our point of contact, this added a personal touch as we only spoke to Lyndsey, they were compassionate, caring and thoughtful. Every thing was explained to us and what our options were. We felt that everything was handled with care, and we would use this company in the future. The ashes were hand delivered to us with care.”

“My late mum chose Pure Cremation 2 years before she passed in March 2025. I was sceptical as I felt we had little control over our mum's body and nobody had been crenated in our fanily before. I needn't have been. The 2 people that visited the home to collect my mums body treated her like she was a respected family member of their own. They spoke to her, and handled her with a gentleness that made me cry more. Once under their care, I was kept updated and informed that she was safe and being looked after which meant so much to us all. My mums ashes were brought home to us and that again was delivered with respect, kindness and love by that individual. Thank you. My mum chose well.”

“Pure cremation you was brilliant keeping me updated when you was picking up the body of the late Mr Ian pow and contacted me to let me know the date of the comital and then let me no with plenty of notice the time of Ian's ashes being delivered to my address and each time I spoke to your staff they was very polite and understanding of my feelings to my friend that I have lost”

“When you loose a loved one, this is a very easy and stress free option. My Dad had already made these arrangements himself before he died, however i was still surprised how efficient and good the service was, they listened to my needs and as I wanted to spread his ashes with my Mums which I already had, I got his ashes back in 3 weeks as I wanted to scatter them together as quickly as possible. Thankyou so much for your kindness and consideration in looking after Dad”
