“Professional but friendly and kind from first contact after my father passed. Tia was first contact and she made the process so easy, my father had arranged this several years ago so she explained everything to me. The 2 staff who did the collection were so respectful to dad and the family, giving us time to say our final goodbye at the ambulance. Thank you for making such an awful time easier to navigate .”

“Not long after purchasing arrangements for myself and Husband, I lost my Husband and pure cremation were brilliant, he died at home on a Sunday and within a few hours of informing them he was taken by two lovely young men who were polite, sympathetic and very professional. Pure cremation kept me updated regarding day of cremation and return of the ashes. All staff were lovely and I am so glad we decided to go for direct cremation this removed a really heavy burden off myself and family. Thank you so much. Highly recommended”

“Having lost my mum earlier this year. Pure Cremations provided a caring and excellent service. So when my father in law passed away fecently and the family were discussing what to do. I did not hesitate to suggest Pure Cremations. Not only did they again provide an excellent service (updates at each stage of the process) the price was considerably better than local funeral service providers. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Cremations 10/10.”

“Absolutely amazing service. Everyone we have spoken to have been extremely helpful caring and understanding. Since the passing of my dad one or two friends have now taken out a Pure Cremation plan. Everything went smoothly through the different stages.”

“My mum had wanted a very simple cremation with no fuss when she died which is why she and I both took out a Pure Cremation plan. When she passed away recently I have to say that the staff at Pure Cremation have been absolutely amazing. From the first phone call with Pamela to the return of mum's ashes from Steve they have been excellent. They have showed empathy and consideration and kindness throughout this difficult time. I know I will be in good hands when it's time for me to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“When mum & dad decided to use Pure Cremation we were not really happy but now feel completely different. Dad past 18 months ago, mum just 1 month. Pure cremation were professional, respectful and caring of our parents and the family. The home where mum was is actual impressed by Pure as they have never heard of them before. We arranged a family get together to honour and remember them. We are looking into our own arrangements now. We would definitely recommend Pure cremation to others.”

“Phoning me 3 hours after my dad had died at 22.30, (I'd already gone to sleep) to go through the entire plan, (and check he had paid up - you had my plan number so you could have checked that prior to phoning me), and not to express sympathy for my loss was slightly mind boggling, fortunately my parents had told me a year ago, of the pure crematation plan, but it only came up by accident, many relatives may not know. However, the process, and people since that initial call have been supportive, and clear.”

“My Mum decided she wanted to use Pure Cremation so we respected her wishes. In the main I dealt with someone called Nathan Snow who was considerate and professional throughout my dealings with him. The service was swift and they did everything in a timely manner. I have to be honest this type of service would not be for everyone. Whilst it was something my Mum chose it wouldn’t be something that I would want personally.”

“Very professional and sensitive service to provide my mother’s cremation, all individuals were exemplary and overall the process was well managed. The call centre experience when trying to contact Pure Cremation to report the death and arrange timely collection of the body however could be improved. The menu prioritised plan purchase over urgently reporting a death and there was a significant queue wait. After requesting a ring back, an hour later I tried on the landline and hung on and did eventually get through. My ring back was received over an hour after the landline call was completed. A priority line for reporting a death would address this. This was the only detraction from an otherwise smooth process that I was overall happy with.”
