“It was an excellent service from my first enquiry to the ashes being delivered. Staff were warm and understanding everything I spoke to someone and I had a designated member of staff for continuity. Great service.”

“Compassionate caring thoughtful helpful When my mum died and I made that phone call, the help and compassion I received was amazing, when they came to get my mum I didn't want her to go but they were gentle and took their time talking with me and my family, they treated mum with respect and gave us time so we were ready to let her go, then later we were kept informed of all details with so much consideration. On the day my mum was returned to me it was very emotional and the lovely lady who brought my mum home sat with me and helped me through it and I'm so grateful for the warm she gave me and from everyone from Pure Cremation. Thank you for treating my mum with dignity and respect and for being patient and understanding with me. If I had any questions there was always someone to help but you never felt anything was being rushed they went at your pace in a very calm and friendly manner.”

“My mother chose Pure Cremation for her final journey. I resisted initially, thinking a more traditional approach was what she really wanted. I’m so glad she insisted on Pure Cremation. From start to finish your service is sensitive, kind, and efficient. Every member of the Pire Cremation Team was wonderful. You communicated really well, you did exactly what you said you would. At no time did I wonder what was happening next. I’d like to thank you. At this difficult time, you were wonderful. I’d highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“As an executor of a family friend who passed away recently I was extremely pleased with the service from Pure Cremation from initially informing them of the death right through to the ashes being delivered to me. “Friendly person when I made the call to arrange a cremation, a plan wasn't in place as the death wasn't expected. I was kept informed of timeliness. Ashes delivered back on a date that was convenient to me. Driver was very nice”

“Unfortunately I have had to use Pure Cremation twice in a few months,first my husband then my Mum, and i really dont know how i would have got through it all without there help, the are so sensative, helpful and understanding and keep you informed every step of the way”

“As anyone who’s gone through bereavement knows, it’s a very stressful time. Having Pure Cremation taking the stress out of the funeral side of things, helped lighten the stress load, making the loss easier to come to terms with. This is the second time in a little over a year and they were very helpful both times. For this I can only thank them for all they did.”

“I had considered a Pure Cremation but just hadnt got round to it after my initial enquiry. I finally booked one for myself after having to arrange 3 close family funerals in 6 months. I did not want to put that burden on anyone else and wanted to make my future passing as easy as possible. It was surprisingly easy to do and a bit surreal to get my head around but the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I would have is the amount of chase up emails I got after my initial enquiry. I know it was a sensitive time for me but no one needs to have so many sent to them.”

“My mam decided to have a pure cremation from the beginning to the end these were amazing kept us well informed of my mams final journey the staff were brilliant and very helpful as we had a bit of a nightmare with Sunderland city council obtaining a green certificate which is needed from these to cremate her pure cremation emailed straight away and sorted out this problem I would recommend this straight away to any one who is thinking about it. We didn’t invite any xtra fees or any thing whole process took 5 weeks. But would of taken possibly 3half if we weren’t delayed by them”

“After having pure cremation to look after my husband after he passed away I would recommend them to anyone as they were very profesional, kind and thoughful every step of the way and when the ashes were returned to me a lovely man came in and explained everything to me and stayed for awhile and had a chat”

“Pure Cremation was something I had ony heard about. After loosing a member of our family I contacted Pure Cremation on line and completed the form. After that it was so simple ,nothing complicated what so ever, they took care of everything from start to finish . Any comunication was simple to follow yet was done with a very professional feel about it. At the end of the process the ashes were brought to my home address with a very careing and understanding youg man. The whole thing took around 3 weeks , leaving me with plenty of time to plan ahead, rather than approx 4 days being pushed along in the old traditional way . THANK YOU Pure Cremation .”
