“Very disappointed that our choice of wraparound for our son Christopher Meare's ashes was not adhered to. We chose the picture featuring trees, we were given a container with autumn leaves.”

“The team at pure cremation were lovely, particularly Dawn. It was all a little complicated as my mother didnt really understand what they had purchased (it was very clear to us as a family) They were very accomodating and for additional cost we were able to ammend the plan swiftly to meet my mothers wishes. “We knew Pure Cremation had such great reviews, but every part of the way they looked after our mum was so caring and professional. It helped us to do exactly what we wanted to celebrate her life. Nothing was rushed, everyone we had contact with was a credit to your company. We never felt that anything was too much trouble, from the wonderful people who looked after mum as she was taken into your care, to our own contact who kept us informed and was always available, to the lovely ladies who came to personally deliver mums ashes. Thank you so much, from all the family”
