“I cannot fault Pure Cremation in any way. I found everyone that I spoke to, to be respectful, sympathetic and kept me informed regarding my Mother's Cremation.”

“Pure Cremation offered us total peace of mind during a very difficult loss. From the initial collection through to the safe delivery of Dad’s ashes, everything was handled with the utmost care, dignity, and professionalism. The team were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and compassionate throughout the committal process, keeping us informed at every stage and making what felt overwhelming much easier to manage. We are truly grateful for their sensitivity and support during such a challenging time.”

“Pure Cremations are extremely good. Not only do they keep you updated with events as they happen, but their follow-up team are good, too. Audrey came with my husband's ashes and she stayed with me, not rushing off, although she had a very long journey in front of her. She stayed for a lovely chat, just to make sure I was alright. How kind and thoughtful was that? Thank you, Pure Cremations and thank you, Audrey.”

“Pure cremation were very efficient, empathetic and easy to deal with at a time which was very difficult for us, mum had passed away and Dad was in hospital so unfortunately I had to make the arrangements. Pure Cremation took over and their help was invaluable. Everything was taken care of speedily and efficiently.”

“Following the recent death of my father, Pure Cremation was available immediately to speak to, even though it was 12 o'clock on New's Year Eve. They arrived when they said they would and was extremely helpful and professional when taking my father from the house. They contacted me regularly throughout the process to my father's committal and returning of the ashes.”

“Although not everyone agrees with no fuss good byes, We carried out my Sisters wishes with pure cremation and I have to say myself and my family were very impressed with the polite,caring and efficient manner the whole issue was dealt with from start to finish. Would highly recommend to those not wanting a fuss.”

“We choose Pure Cremation for the price and we had both decided neither of us wanted a funeral. From the beginning to the home delivery of the ashes they kept us informed every step of the way . The staff on the phone and in person were very understanding and polite . They took great care of my husband and myself .I would definitely recommend them fir their wonderful service at a very sad time.”

“Sadly needed to use this service. My family purchased the policy several years before and paid upfront. I contacted the company following the death before the registration had taken place. The operative was companionate and sympathetic and informed me of the process. Once the registration had taken place the green form was emailed to Pure Cremation. The operative contacted me to inform me of the collection of my family member. Pure Cremation kept me involved in decisions. My family went for an unattended cremation and we were given the date. We have been able to greave once for our loved one, knowing that every detail has been taken care and our loved one given the dignity and respect in death.”

“Wasn't the best experience although fortunately I do not have a lot to compare to. All the initial contact after the passing of my Mum was okay, person on the end of the phone was always pleasant, maybe even a little too jolly and not very sensitive. We were kept up to date regularly. I have only given three stars because it all fell apart with the delivery of the ashes. We were told to expect them between 3pm and 4pm, had a phone call early in the morning and was told it would be 3.30pm. We went to sit with my Dad so that he was not alone but by 4.30pm we were still waiting. I call the lady who was delivering and she said that she had had a really bad day and the traffic had been bad etc etc.....it is really the last thing you want to hear. When she arrived she only stood in the hall way, gave the ashes to my Dad in a bag and left. Would I recommend Pure Cremation....it serves a purpose and if it is the wishes of the person organising the funeral then yes but as a child of a parent who had passed I would have preferred a traditional funeral, regardless of the cost, it give you much more closure.”

“I was very sceptical when I was told this plan had been chosen by my friend, but when she passed away I was totally amazed at pure cremation. Compassionate, caring and efficient. No stress and totally professional. Would 100% recommend.”
