“From the very beginning, Pure Cremation were incredibly helpful, quick and professional, making everything as easy as possible during the hardest time of my life. When they collected my dad, they were so respectful and professional. The extra touches, such as the rose and the beautiful note, brought us great comfort at such a difficult time. Knowing that my dad was in such caring and respectful hands gave us so much reassurance. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Being abroad at the time made everything even more difficult, but Pure Cremation made bringing my dad home so straightforward and stress-free. Thank you so much for giving my dad the dignity, respect and care he deserved, and for honouring his wishes. From me and my family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️”

“My family and myself have found the whole process amazing . I have never organised any thing like this before but from the first phone call everything was explained fully I felt supported in what was happening , everyone I spoke with were very sincere and kind . I felt reassured that my special mum was being cared for a respectfully and that I was notified every step of the way . For a very tragic thing to happen to our family I feel pure cremation made it easier to cope with for myself and my dad . She's now safe at home with my Dad and that's what he wanted”

“It was my Mum's choice to have a Pure Cremation funeral plan. My brother and I understood what the plan was and respected Mum's wishes. When the time came, one phonecall was made to the Pure Cremation Team who took care of everything. I was kept informed throughout. I would 100% recommend Pure Cremation. There is no hidden costs. Everything is made very clear from the start.”

“The care and respect I received from Pure Cremation was exemplary, from my first phone call to the delivery of Michael’s ashes . John was empathetic and took care of everything . Not once was Michael referred to as ‘The body’ He was my husband and all your staff called him Michael. This was comforting and good to know that you all cared so much and he was special . Mark who delivered the ashes was lovely , so professional yet friendly and like a family member . I cannot thankyou enough for making such a sad situation easier to bear . This was all due to the care and kindness I was shown throughout the process Thankyou again. I have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation Kind Regards Jackie Martin”

“I recently lost my darling Mom who had wanted a no fuse funeral, so had purchased a policy with Pure Cremation. I found the staff from Pure Cremation to be very caring, dignified & professional, from collecting my Mom to returning her ashes to me at home.”

“I have had a very warm and compassionate experience with Pure cremation from start to finish, they have kept me in touch every part of the process with showing empathy and understanding every part and f the way, a special thank you too you all but especially the guys who picked my husband up they were so considerate and gave me time to say goodbye nothing was a rush, would totally recommend Pure to anyone”
