“I honestly can't fault the service I received from Pure Cremation. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and kind at an exceedingly difficult time. As it was all pre-arranged, it made it so much easier. I would highly recommend.”

“I had never dealt with Pure Cremation before or knew of anyone that had used them. It was my Mother & Fathers choice to use them. It was my Mum who had passed away & I cannot fault the service, dignity, care & professionalism of them through the whole experience. They made this sad occasion more bearable knowing they are available at any time for advice/help/any unanswered questions /concerns you may have. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“They kept me informed of everything and I finally received my brothers ashes. The only problem was and it's not their fault, I had to pay the balance as my brother had only started this last year on monthly payments.”

“Hassle free and cheaper than using a funeral home. The entire process ran smoothly and to schedule. All the staff are sensitive, caring, polite and friendly. I highly recommend using Pure Cremation, i found them to be a very professional company.”

“The support throughout the whole process was very good but having being told that when the ashes were returned the person returning them would be able to sit and have a cup of tea to support you it was more like an amazon delivery please sign are you OK thanks and left within minutes of arriving with the ashes”

“During difficult times we were able to sort out the crematon details very easily and quickly. Although we did not have a cremation plan sorted out with "Pure Cremation Ltd" the process was simple and well explained by their team on the phone and sorted then. They arranged everything from collecting my late wife from the funeral directors, her resting in peace at Pure Cremation facilities, information when the cremation was to take place and down to when they bought her ashes home. I would like to say a "big thank you" to all the team involved in making the process so simple.”

“Absolutely perfect. Couldn't wish for a better service right from letting them know about the death right through to returning the ashes. Everyone was so thoughtful and friendly and informative. The lady that returned the ashes ( Sorry, can't remember her name) even rang an hour after she had left to check i was okay.”

“They were amazing g from start to finish They were empathetic and respectful when collecting my dear father in law. They kept in touch with myself and the family through every step of dad’s journey to the very end. “I want to thank Pure Cremation for their empathetic and flawless service. I was sceptical of the service when I learned of this following my late Mothers passing. However, from start of the service - completing the practical questions to handing over of the ashes; it was a smooth and comfortable process. The natural anguish and stressors were put to ease by the manner of the process. I was kept up to date with all the finest details. I was asked in the first instance how much communication I would Like. This is an option. I requested updates on all details. It was comforting to know where my late mother was. How she was positioned; The next process. Asking how I was. I will certainly recommend this as a service. It relieved a high part of the natural stress of losing someone you love dearly. Thank you.”
