“Pure Cremation dealt with my husband's passing in a professional manner . I was kept informed of everything via email and his ashes were returned inside the time slot promised. A very good service all round.”

“Pure cremation was an company my mother in law choose and I can't fault them. All interactions with the company were good and professional. From the first contact to the ashes being delivered to my door, all staff were kind, compassionate and thoughtful. We would definitely recommend pure cremation. “It was my father’s wishes to have a pure cremation, to start with I struggled with this as I felt I wouldn’t be able to say goodbye properly. Pure cremation do have an option of either attended or unattended cremation, we went with unattended as that’s what my dad wanted. I have to say from collection of my dad, to cremation and delivery I was informed every single step of the way. Every person that phoned me from pure cremation was always so compassionate and kind and I truly did appreciate that, right down to the lady who delivered my fathers ashes back to me, she phoned in the morning to give me a more up to date time frame, and I felt she was very kind and considerate, she took the time to go through all the information I would need such as how to open the urn for scattering. I asked pure cremation if they could put some of my dads ashes in a separate pouch for me as I’d like to have a ring made and didn’t like the thought of separating them myself and they did that for me no problem. They all really are very good at what they do and for that I am very grateful.”

“My wife’s cremation was sensitively and meticulously processed and I was kept informed of every step taken by sympathetic staff at Pure Cremation. My wife’s ashes were reverently delivered in a very appropriate casket by an empathetic member of the team. At such a stressful time Pure Cremation exceeded my expectations and those of our family.”

“After Mum passed away in hospital I had considerate phone calls letting me know they had Mum and what would be happening next. I was informed where and when the cremation would take place and if there was anything I would like to change. Everything was very respectful and caring.”

“Someone was giving my brother details they were not supposed to because I was the one that was down to deal with it I was not informed when my dad was at the crematorium I had to phone at 3.30 on the day of crematorium because nobody told me anything I then find out that the crematorium happened at 9.50 after being anxious all day waiting for the phone call then when the ashes were delivered they didn't even come in the house they stood at the door giving me the ashes and didn't seem to care it was like getting my shopping delivered if my dad knew it was going to be like this he would never have done a pure cremation I would never recommend pure cremation to anyone”

“My parents both decided to take out contracts with Pure Cremation. I wasn't entirely sure about it. However when my dad died in December they were put to the test. The service provided was exactly as promised. It was painless, smooth and courteous.”

“Pure cremation have now taken care of both my parents. Their service is fantastic. The team are kind and patient when dealing with questions and time frames. Pure cremation keep you updated on all aspects of the procedures. The ashes are delivered back to you at a suitable time by kind and considerate staff.
