“Very professional and sensitive service to provide my mother’s cremation, all individuals were exemplary and overall the process was well managed. The call centre experience when trying to contact Pure Cremation to report the death and arrange timely collection of the body however could be improved. The menu prioritised plan purchase over urgently reporting a death and there was a significant queue wait. After requesting a ring back, an hour later I tried on the landline and hung on and did eventually get through. My ring back was received over an hour after the landline call was completed. A priority line for reporting a death would address this. This was the only detraction from an otherwise smooth process that I was overall happy with.”

“Caring keep you updated all the time nothing to much trouble really really looked after our mom n no stress everything is all ready there in place can't thank you all so much for making this very difficult time a lot easier well done to all keep up the good work ooo I even visited on the net where mom was being cremated and it was beautiful mom would have loved it”

“I purchased 2 policies, one for me and one for my husband in Jan 2025 and very sadly had to use my husband's last month. Other than my call being answered by a trainee which was not her fault but unfortunate for me at a very distressing time, the service on the day of my husband's death was impeccable. Compassionate and respectful. I was kept informed of the process after my husband's collection and my husband's ashes were returned with due respect and decorum. PC do suggest having someone with you when the ashes are returned and I would echo that as it was incredibly emotional. I can now organise in my own time a perfect celebration of my husband's life. One he would want.”

“Pure cremation ltd has been absolutely a fantastic shoulder to lean on,We was so lost when our beautiful sister passed away. And pure cremation helped us grieve and gave my sister the dignity she deserved,They was brilliant and we could never thank them enough. Even when they bought my sisters ashes home the repect and compassion was absolutely a beautiful feeling, Thank you for how you looked after my sister and for sometime to help us to grief for our sister .Thank you from the Grainger family”

“After the passing of my mum from the very first contact until the delivery of mums ashes the service and care was first class. All members of the team were courteous, respectful and very caring. They made a difficult time for our family as painless as it could be and I can’t thank them enough.”

“From taking the funeral plan out to the death of my husband their customer service was excellent. They kept in touch and I was involved in every step upto the return of the ashes. This was a whole new experience for me and I was unsure but it was so much better than I thought it would be.”

“Sensitive, caring and simple. At a difficult time for our family, this was something that removed the stress, strain and pressure associated with the passing of a family member. We were incredibly grateful for the kind and caring nature of the people we spoke to and how smoothly the steps were followed. They even took the time to ensure my grandma was sent with the items we had requested. Absolutley unfaultable.”

“In this day and age truly genuine , thoughtful and caring service is sadly very rare but Pure cremation is a wonderful example of all three . From start to finish the experience has been very very good indeed . All the team members we have had dealings have been exemplary and faultless. Also the utter efficiency has been extraordinary. Not sure how you have managed but the culture which runs through your organisation is an example for others . Thankyou for everything.”
