“Im not dead yet, but wanted to leave my own review, I feel safe in the knowledge when I am dead the whole disposal of my body will be dealt with well. The lady I spoke to was kind informative and understanding, not everyone has the boo hoo approach to dying there is nothing you can do it will happen. I dont care I will be dead and no one will care if it took 3 weeks to get the ashes back because I will be dead and gone . You live you die and the waste product of this needs to be dealt with as long as it is done properly im happy.”

“To take the stress away from a funeral, I think not ,no one & I mean no one ,speaks to each other at PC .Emails, telephone calls just wasn't passed on to relevant areas, which made the whole process unpleasant.”

“An excellent service handled with great care and sensitivity. My husband’s death was horrific, but this firm handled everything perfectly, although there is a long waiting time between transporting his body to their holding facility Funeral Director, then onto their Crematorium due to the large volume of customers using this facility. My husbands ashes were sensitively handled and brought back by their Funeral Directors and we will now hold a Private Service on 1 November (his 80th birthday).”

“The contact was seamless, we were kept up to date at every step with our dedicated contact at PC . The ashes were returned with respect and kindness. Mums ashes were split into 3 for us and each of her children will deal with death in their own way. One son wishes ti have traditional service while the other two wanted a celebration of her life.”

“Ii think it's very insensitive you asking for reviews when people are still grieving,we lost our dad on 7th Aug and he organised everything through you, the ashes were only delivered on 4th Sept, so won't be giving any reviews.”

“This is an excellent, kind, caring, professional, respectful company that does exactly what it says it will. They keep you up to date from the moment they collect your family member until they return that person face to face with dignified, friendly members of staff. Nothing is too much trouble & you have a dedicated person to be able to make contact with at any time to answer your questions or put your mind at rest. I can't rate Pure Cremation highly enough & will be using them when the time comes for myself.”

“I used Pure Cremation when my wife died eight years ago. My mother came up to me at the celebration and asked me to do the same for her. I had no hesitation in calling them and after eight years, the service is still just as expected.”
