“One of the reasons I chose Pure Cremation is that I never had to wait on the phone (listening to a message telling me that my call was important to them). My call was answered immediately and each member of the team were empathetic and gave me the information that I needed in order for me to navigate a process in the early days of grieving. There service is 24 hours and every step of the way was exact. The delivery of the ashes were also managed in a professional way. I was given a date, a morning slot and then on the day, I was told the delivery would be between a 30 minute window - this was also spot on. I would honestly say the experience was a very good one and would recommend.”

“Sympathetic and helpful staff. Had the same contact throughout which made it more personal. Contact was excellent and they kept me up to date with what was going on. Delivered on time, with a lovely representative from the company, who sat and talked me through paperwork.”

“Having unexpectedly lost a family friend, and never having been in this position of responsibility as next of kin, your team were faultless. Our friend had no will or funeral plan, and your team guided me through my options with genuine empathy and much needed gentleness. From the first conversation with you, I felt supported and more importantly, completely trusted that our dear friend mattered to you too. Your regular contact eased and explained the process, and no matter who I spoke to on the phone, you were all aware of who I was and more importantly who you were caring for on our behalf. John Delaney deserves special mention, as he picked up my first call where I was incredibly teary and bemused and making difficult calls around full time work. Your patience and calm John, and kind words at the time, meant a huge amount and will not be forgotten. Steve who returned our dear friend, was just so gentle and understanding of the emotions on that day. Simply keep doing what you do, in the way you do it. Huge gratitude to you all.”

“My sister signed up to Pure Crenation before her passing , I was sceptical but after the first phone call letting them know at 2:35am they were polite thoughtful and kept me informed of the collection then the date of internment, which they asked if it was a convenient , then the ashes were returned on a suitable day , the young lady arrived o at the stated time and was again polite and very caring”

“I have now used Pure Cremation twice for close family members and cannot fault the service they offer so much so I have already paid for my own cremation with them. Everyone is very helpful at a very difficult time. This also applies to the very caring people who return the ashes shortly after the cremation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.”

“We have just used Pure Cremation following the death of my Darling Dad. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Everyone I spoke to, or met in person, was empathetic, professional and so very kind. We were kept fully informed every step of the way. From the lady on the telephone on the morning he passed away, the very respectful people who collected Dad from his home and the lovely lady who brought Dads ashes back to us, everyone, without fail, made a heartbreaking situation much easier to deal with. Thank you to you all.”
