“I was very happy to speak to someone sympathetic late at night when I was feeling anxious. Everything went like clockwork and was as pleasant as it could be. I was relieved that the whole situation was resolved quickly and without a hitch.”

“Pure Cremation was wonderful, from the phone call to say my mum had died despite not having a policy straight away, to giving me back my mum's ashes. I called, paid for the plan and within half an hour, the undertakers were respectfully taking her away. The staff were on the end of the phone. One was allocated to me. I was phoned or emailed weekly to check how I was doing, which I appreciated. It took three weeks. I was offered to know the date of committal, but declined. When the person arrived with my mum's ashes, she held them like the most precious gem and gave them to me so gently. That was so thoughtful and most appreciated. I would definitely recommend this service. In hindsight, having the plan setup and paid for is better because nothing is done (not even the undertakers,) without payment but I do understand why.”

“Pure cremations were just perfect ,they were so helpful and took all the stress of organising a funeral away ,I wouldn't use anyone else ,I used them out of hours and they were there for me when I needed them ,a big thank you Pure cremations.”

“This company provided a wonderful service from the moment of contact through to the conclusion of the event. I was completely reassured that the private ambulance would arrive on time, which it did, my loved one was treated with respect and I was reassured regarding the next steps of the procedure. I found the whole event calm and dignified. I thank the team that came to my assistance and carried out their task with kindness and professionalism. “Have used Pure Cremation before and they were very good from start to finish but this time I was very upset as my Mum had passed away so the Care Home contacted Pure Cremation not long after that morning they contacted me for the same information.I did think it was very insensitive.The delivery back of the ashes was a lovely young lady sorry forgot her name who was very sensitive and a lovely person to talk to.Thank you.”

“I arranged a funeral for my brother with Pure Cremation recently and was impressed with their service. The person who I spoke to who arranged the funeral was extremely kind, considerate and very helpful. The ashes were delivered to my home after the funeral by another very kind and considerate young woman.”
