“When it was time to make the call I was really happy in the manner that the delicate situation was handled The team at pure cremation were so helpful and reassuring in all matters I was kept informed all the way and nothing was beyond them I can't thank them enough for what they have done to make it as simple as possible”

“Pure Cremation were brilliant when my Dad passed away, they were lovely so helpful and very caring. We could not fault them at all, would definitely recommend them and it takes all the stess and heart ache out of organising a normal funeral. The lady that delivered my Dad's Ashes was so kind and thoughtful ❤️ choosing Pure Cremation was the best decision we made. Very happy with the service we received.”

“cant fault the service really, just it all took a bit too long, from collection, committal and return of the ashes, thought the whole process was going to be quicker, but very good service other than that.”

“From the initial phone call to the ashes being personally brought back to me Pure Cremation staff were very kind, polite, professional and very sensitive to me as a person. “I can’t thank you enough for your kindness shown to me on the death of my mum . You kept me informed from start and when you brought mum home to me . A much loved was with my mum but couldn’t go with her in in end . You went out of your way to return to me . Thank you”

“All the worry was taken away from me. They respectfully took my loved one into their care and continually kept me informed every step of the way until the ashes were returned to me. The gentleman who came to me was very kind and considerate even asking if i will be alright when he left.”

“it was a pleasure choosing pure cremation it was very easy task as we didnt have a payment plan in the first place and the reps told me what was happening along the way and the delivering the ashes back to me was nice but is was a shame that rich didnt have enought time with me”
