“Thank you Pure Cremation. My Husband died recently {Marc}h 18th) and I would to thank you for the magnificent sevice you provided for myself and my family. It was second to none. From day one I was informed of every move by your wonderful sympathetic staff. My life was made so much easier at such a terrible time, Thank you again.”

“The sensitivity and communication skills exercised by Debbie ( customer care advisor) were exceptional. She explained the process in detail and responded to a query very quickly. My brothers ashes were hand delivered to my mothers home at no extra cost (the pre-paid plan documented they were to be scattered on the crematorium rose garden but my mother changed her mind) All very professional”

“Pure Cremation was absolutely amazing in helping me with my grandmothers passing. They took care of everything for me, I didn’t have to arrange anything or make them hard phone calls to anybody to arrange a funeral. The staff was so caring, respectful, dignified and they are there for you from start until finish. So a huge thank you to Pure Cremation.”

“The compassion and empathy shown by Pure Cremation representatives was phenomenal. I was advised of the process, each time with care and consideration When my brothers ashes were returned; naturally I was upset, but eventhough the lass had driven a great distance, she asked if I had any one to stay with me, otherwise she would. She still had more deliveries and a long day ahead, but what a wonderful person. Thank you for taking the weight from my shoulders. Outstanding”

“In a country where nothing currently works, Pure Cremation are a breath of fresh air. Even though my mum passed away in the early hours of a sunday morning, Pure Cremation were available to start the process of taking over the care of her. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I came in to contact with at the company, and all arrangements were carried out as promised.”

“We can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Pure Cremation. We had one person as a point of contact - thank you Beth Bolland. Special thanks to Audrey for the sympathetic way she brought my mother's ashes home to us. She was so understanding and stopped for a cup of tea. Will recommend Pure Cremation all the time.”
