“I was quite sceptical of how this would work, but was my dads wishes. They were Very sympathetic, very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. Such an easy and simple option.”

“We chose a direct cremation for my dad. It was easy to set up. When he passed away everything was explained clearly and the green form could be photographed and sent instantly. There was good communication throughout. The lady that delivered the ashes was pleasant and respectful and showed compassion when I was upset checking I was ok before she left. The ashes came in a nice biodegradable container and a canvas bag.”

“My father had organised his own Pure Cremation plan. Following his death I dealt with Pure Cremation. I found the whole process was handled with respect and sensitivity and my father was treated with the utmost dignity. Communication to and from Pure Cremation was excellent, thank you.”

“So quick and easy to arrange. Lovely caring people who don't rush you and treat you with sympathy. My only criticism would be the urn, I think there should be a range of choices to include ceramic vases, I realise this would increase the overall price but would offer the relatives a chance to decide what they want for their loved one.”
