“Was very unsure about this for my brother when he suddenly passed away easter sunday this year but on the day coudent fault them at all they were kind caring and very supportive on such a sad day”

“LIke a number of married couples my wife and I had discussed in very general terms our funeral arrangements. I did not have any very strong ideas about my arrangements. My wife was very interested in The Pure Cremation service. As it turned my wife died suddenly before any arrangements could be made. We contacted Pure Cremation, and they were able to start things on our behalf straight away. As soon as they had the Green form from the registrar they started making arrangements. My wife's remains were collected from West Suffolk Hospital, and taken to Andover.We were able to complete all the arrangements by E mail. They were even able to handle our request to collect the Ashes and then we changed to delivery. Everything was handled with great skill. The delivery was handled with great dignity and we are very great full to Pure Cremation for their efforts on our behalf.”

“Great teamwork, all planning & details went as promised. Step by step details were given to us from initial contact, by words, not messages & not written. By a person! Speaking to you. And informing you what was going on.Hand delivery of remains delivered to our door in a very courteous manner, with dignity & respect.”

“For the mostpart my interaction with Pure Cremation was excellent - respectful, efficient, nice staff, value for money. My only criticism is that due to technical issues your end, the email that you tried to send me about my father's cremation date never got to me. The first I knew of it,was when a staff member called me the evening before, to say they'd noticed the email had bounced and suspected that I might not know about the committal. I was really shocked, and it upset me. I would say always phone relatives regarding this important piece of information. Do not send it by email. Thank you.”

“My husband recently passed away and I chose pure cremation and I’m glad I did, they gave us the highest standard of care and compassion anyone could ever ask for. They kept me fully updated on everything and checked that I understood everything and checked that I was doing ok. I couldn’t thank this company enough for everything. I highly recommend, thank you everyone in the company ❤️”

“The whole team was kind, courteous and dealt with my dad’s cremation respectfully. Communication are clear, easy to understand and explained in plain English. My dad’s ashes were returned personally to my mum and she was treated with compassion and respect. We received a 5* service.”

“I would give more stars if I could. I spoke to a lady named Lyndsay Murphy who was absolutely lovely and took me through the procedure. I t wasn't all plain sailing as I got a few things wrong but whe was there to help and listened to my ramblings. The ashes were delivered bang on time by a very nice young lady who took the time to stroke my ferret. I have nothing but good things to say about Pure Cremation, they dealt with my mother 6 years ago and would not hesitate to recomment them to anyone. My warm thanks to everyone involved.
